Since I read the thread about the Facebook Hell, I wondered about asking here who were you 10, 15 or more years ago (High School).

I will start.

I was chubby, wide opened teeth, shaggy haired, nerdy, dork, girl. Of course I wasn't the boy's firt choice.
In the beggining, I studied in a school which I had social issues (lack of friends) and paid attention on classes to time pass by faster (IMO at those days), not because I wanted to be smarter.
I died for my parents approval.
I dreamed of being a funky scientist like Beakman and Stacy, not with kids, a white fance and a big dog.
Then I went to college, lost weight, fixed my hair and teeth, got a job in a fashion industry (not as a model, of course), I started to dress up better.

I wasn't at school so long ago, but I was pretty much a bullied loser.

I dreamed of being more awesome than everyone else.

I'm getting there.

I wasn't bullied but no one really cared about me. I had maybe 2 good friends and they were losers as well.
I was pretty ugly and small in HS. I don't know why but I actually grew a lot since later senior year of HS(I'm a sophomore now)
Also got a lot bigger and better looking.
My social skills are way more advanced.

metalhead honours student who was one of those "school friends" to everyone. I only ever hungout with a few people outside of school, never partied but I always talked to people at school. That and I was completely oblivious to girls who I now know were pretty much throwing themselves at me.

Went to an all boys school... ghey.

I was no one special, just the quiet guy who mostly socialised with the geeks/nerds in my grade.

Funny thing, one of those geeks/nerds is now the founder of a start-up cloud computing company. I need to meet up with him for a drink...

I was friends with people from all of the social groups and cliques. I was just an average dude, but a couple of girls were into me, but I was too much of an idiot to do anything about it.

I lived in the country and went to a catholic school for 8 years. In 7th grade i transferred to public school. During my sophomore year I moved out of the country to the third largest city in the US. It was hard to get acclimated,so,mfor a good amount of time I was a quiet dude who barely interacted with anyone. In my senior year I peaked my head out of my shell and made a few good friends that I still talk to. My senior class had ~200 more people than the all classes combined at the school that I attended back in the country.

This sums me up perfectly, friends with all the "cool" kids but not really popular on my own. Over the 4 years knew of a couple really hot chicks that liked me, but too beta to do anything about it. I would love to go back and experience HS again with what I now know.

I played football and ran track so I knew and talked to lots of people at my school. I was relatively popular and went to a lot of parties but goddammit was I beta when it came to girls. They would often tell me their friend thought I was cute or whatever and I was always too much of a pussy to do anything about it. Sometimes I wonder if anyone thought I was gay in high school since I wasn't hooking up with girls. The worst is hearing several years later that two girls I liked back then wanted my nuts bad and I had no fucking idea.

My dear Roosh, if only you could have been there nine years ago when I started high school.

My high school years were rather unremarkable in any way. Had a few good friends that I still have to this day. Some fun and funny moments but during my whole high school years I never had a girlfriend or dated. And it's not like I couldn't have. There were chics that liked me but I was too shy and incompetent to step up. And the one time I finally manned up and did it I was rejected at a party in front of a bunch of people and humiliated. It would be some time before I asked another girl out again. I never went to prom or homecoming or any of that shit and I avoided most sporting events as I wasn't interest in sports. Mostly kept to my small circle of trusted people and minded my own business and stayed out of trouble. Was a bright kid but a shitty student. Frequent procrastinator(still am), would wait till the last minute to study and do assignments. Had a hard time concentrating in class and would often just draw cartoons or day dream. Spent my last couple years of high school often depressed and alienated, listening to hip-hop and grunge music. Even still me and my friends were sort of a snobs and always thought we "knew wussup" more than any other clique of people. I moved out of state for my final year of high school to a city that I hated, which sucked big time. I lamented 12th grade and couldn't wait to get the hell out of school. High school brings few warm and fuzzy memories for me. College not much better.

No one special, just the best guitarrist in class, a quiet (acording to them) skinny smart guy. I never had a real girlfriend in high school. I had many crushes, but due to lack of game and super sensitiveness I couldn't get anything.

Man, its been a long ride, and recalling all this makes me realize how much I've changed for good in all aspects of life.

I went to a jock christian high school in southern california.

During lunch bread I read Kurt Vonnegut by myself in the library. I had no friends and I was pretty weird.

When I was a junior/senior I made some friends that went to the other major high school in my city that was known for arts/drama club/music. I made friends with all of them, started partying with them, and started fucking the president of their drama club when I was 18, she was 17.

My school was strict and conservative. I'd ditch school and come home to play guitar, smoke weed and drink and pass out listening to Beethoven. If it was a weekend there'd be drama club parties on the other side of town and I'd be there to make out with any girl in sight and then wind up fucking my girlfriend.

That about sums it up.

   

I loved highschool.

I had friends in all the cliques, but I spent most of my time in a small group of about 6. A metalhead drug dealer, a rich kid, a super funny, witty cute polish girl, a tall sexy blonde russian girl who was big into karate (who was and still is the polish girls body guard), the basketball team captain and myself. We are still tight 14 years later, even though we are on the corners of the globe.

- I played ice hockey until high school so I knew these guys well.
- I was a physics geek and spent serious lab time with the other physics geeks.
- I had an old dodge charger and spent lots shop class time wrenching on that with the motorheads. We would cruise the strip on weekends (the motorheads got mad play)
- I played guitar in a band with two guys from the high school band class. I was also secretly in a relationship with the french horn player who was the darling of the music department (and is now semi famous in classical music circles)

I had no trouble approaching girls and getting sex but I would lose my head and do anything after to keep getting it. One girl called me a sexual maniac (in a bad way) after I harassed her for more and more sex. When I think back to how much of a pansy I was after hooking up with a girl, I cringe.

Still in school right now doing my final year. I was chubby and very geeky till I was about 15. 16 was a transition period for me from uncool dweeb to pretty well liked. I have friends in every clique at school, but I do feel like I'm stuck with an assortment of uber betas and nerds I've been friends with since I was 13. My closest friend however is a natural alpha whose been dating the same girl straight for three years. I was bullied about my weight when I was chubby but otherwise I've always been confident and extroverted. I play Tennis and Hockey but I skip it a fair bit so I wouldn't call myself sporty.

Girl wise I've had one serious relationship with a girl who turned out to be 100% bat shit crazy. No surprise her mum and sister are too. Even after I realized it I stuck around and tried to "fix" her. Been broken up since mid last year but just last week I had to change the URL of my Tumblr because she stalked it so much and kept sending me anonymous messages. She started seeing a psychologist after we broke up. Earlier this year after a fight we had they put her in a psych ward for a week. Needless to say I'm glad that I never have to see or talk to her again since she goes to a different school. I'd been reading Roosh and Roissy and lurking this Forum while I was dating her and a few months after we split I started approaching. My social life and overall popularity at school has improved tremendously since then.

Academics wise I've done well in the Englishes, Humanities and Business subjects but sucked dick at Maths and Sciences. Friends wise, I find it harder and harder to stand quite a few of them simply because I've become so different to them. I go chill with the Harry Potter nerd girls when I can't take listening to the guys talk about StarCraft and Minecraft anymore. At the end of the day all it does is hold me back. We are the average of our 5 closest friends after all. I'm really looking forward to the clean slate I'll have social circle wise when I graduate.

Currently 18 in my final year, studying Maths, Physics and Computing. Predicted BCD so not great grades. Normal looking. 'friends' with lots, part of 8 closest friends who do everything together. Worried about my future as I really don't wanna go to university, I want to start my own marketing business, but I have no idea what to do once I finish education. My goal is to benefit myself more and achieve more in 3 years on my own than I would have if I went to university.

Grew up military so went to three different high schools. 9th grade New Orleans. Had a few girls interested in me but didn't step up. Something about blk females that I couldn't handle. 9-11th moved to suburbia. 95% white. Was in football and track. Our class was 1300 strong with all the different cliques you can think of. I was with my small cell of dudes that lived in my neighborhood, but cool with the blk crowd and football players. Had one of the baddest girls in school but didnt step up. No car plus she ended up getting homeschooled. 12th grade moved to South Texas. Chilled with the weedheads and some of my boys that I'm still cool with. Overall, high school was a journey that I floated through. Looking back I missed out on alot of puss, but I'm enjoying my 20's to the fullest HA.

I went to boarding school in Massachusetts. I had class 6 days a week. I did almost nothing except to study and to swim. I would wake up at around 5am, study, go to class all day, then take a half hour trip to where a regional United States Swimming team held its practices, do a brutal 3-4 hour practice, get back to school, try to stay awake long enough to study a couple of hours, then wake up and repeat day after day for four years.
I would go back home for the weekend about once every couple months, and would drink with local friends.

I was the typical good looking ,built, sporty ,arrogant guy that you see in many us film .

^^ start hitting the gym ^^ it will improve every aspect of your life...i wish someone would have told me to hit the gym at your age.

play sports, its a great way to make good friends an gives you something to belong to

Still am, but now I've honed my game skills. So even though I can't really relate to people, I'm way more social. I just never really found my click or friends I wanted to spend a lot of time with.
