While I've never been to Ukraine or Philippines, I have been to countries that are similar to both, Russia and Thailand, respectively. I like to think of Ukraine and Philippines as good poor man's alternatives to the former 2. Also, I'm very familiar with Hong Kong, which is loaded with Filipina maids everywhere.

These countries simply aren't comparable. If you have yellow fever, Ukraine won't deliver, so Philippines would be much better. Likewise, if you have a strong preference for white girls, Philippines won't deliver, so Ukraine would be much better.

From my experience in Hong Kong, while Filipinas are feminine, most are 5s and the femininity is a submissive, or to put it not so nicely, third world, kind of way. Hmmm, this thread piqued my interest so I’ll chime in. Some background: I am a multiracial, part-Pinoy, who was born and raised in the Philippines. I have always had the “Colonial Mentality” of being attracted to white girls, but when I migrated to the US, I quickly grew disgusted with American women. Since then, I started dating Europeans. Yeah, the Honorary Philippine Consulate in Ukraine requires a copy of the purchased ticket for the flight, the hotel reservation with her name on it, her UA passport and a bunch of other minor things. It’s about $60 and they issue the visa in about 10 days.
