Key to longevity for men (according to The Sun)

My question--how will staring at boobs be covered in my Obamacare insurance?

LIVE LONG AND PROSPER Family men live longest and sex is key – these are the six things men should be doing for a long and happy life

1. Stare at boobs
2. Have lots of sex
3. Get married
4. Have kids
5. Be responsible
6. Get a 'Dad bod'

I am afraid that women appreciate cruelty, downright cruelty, more than anything else. They have wonderfully primitive instincts. We have emancipated them, but they remain slaves looking for their masters all the same. They love being dominated.

Those 2 are generally counter-productive.

Most men gain a bit of weight after they have kids, but that is not necessarily a bad thing.

A book, called How Men Age, argues tubby men are less likely to suffer a heart attack or prostate cancer and are more likely to invest their time in their children.

Auhtor Richard G. Bribiescas says their increased fat levels also makes them more attractive to women - which will help with the above tips."

Sure. Women find muscular and athletic men repulsive.

Whether it's simply due to a fathers daily time being taken up by the process of having to look after kids.
Or, whether there is a biological / genetic switch that is triggered whereby once kids are produced, the body can let itself go...

I'm actually inclined to think that a guy without kids who eats a healthy diet & lives a healthy life is more liable to maintain a level of genetic youth.
Not just general health & fitness.
A level of 'genetic' youth, cause the individual has yet to fulfill it's underlying biological purpose by not breeding as yet.

I'd say it's about daily time and motivation.

Biologically, a male body doesn't know when kids have been produced... otherwise all the daily wankers of the world would have the body of Jabba the hut.
