I went to Malaysian F1 last year. Last race there but if you planning a vacation going to an overseas isn't that much of an issue.
Any F1 fans here?

Lewis Hamilton taking shit from the SJWs. Apparently he doesn’t approve of his nephew wearing a princess dress.

Just saw this PG, disgusting! Hamilton must have folded from sponsors or F1 honchos pressure. Petronas (Malaysian company) not so much, but probably some of the other sponsors. Tolerance of the sick agenda is not enough, you either have to endorse it or you're out. Hamilton will probably be less pliant once he retires a few years from now.

I was never a fan of his, but the fact that he gave his nephew shit for wearing that, he earned my respect.

Has anybody been to a race in person? I'm living in Germany and am interested to go but to me the prices are incredibly high. To me the best option looked like Spa (Belgium) with a general admission ticket.
I was checking quite a few of the tracks and even in cheaper countries the prices are high. I've been to several Nascar races and they were generally a good time for about 80-100.
I went to Singapore, Malaysia and back when i used to live in Melbourne I went to the race annually through my work, I had a great time at all, for Australia and Singapore I got tickets through work/friends and were pretty good passes with plenty of perks. I'm a huge fan so getting to see everything was a huge thrill for me. However tickets aren't cheap, my friend went to the Abu Dhabi race last year and I was shocked at how expensive it was.
I would really like to give Spa or Monaco a go maybe I'll have a look on Airbnb, what the rate is for an apartment then.
^ Let me know how Monaco goes if you end up going, friends of mine told me its common for people to rent out a spot in Nice and to save a bit on that weekend since prices in Monaco are through the roof as usual.

Nice is only a 15min bus or train ride from Monaco, the issue is having a spot along the circuit to watch the cars go by.

Since this is the only place to talk about cars, anyone going to the GoodWood Festival Of Speed this year?

I am hoping to be at Spa next year.
Monza is my dream, it is the week after Spa.
Keep us posted if you go.
Sorry, I meant I hope to be at Spa in August.
Anyone going?

I saw an article on planetf1 a couple of weeks ago titled “is f1 sexist?” I didn’t put 2 and 2 together but this was the obvious outcome. They dropped grid girls in NASCAR 10-15 years ago as an affront to family values or some shit like that.
The irony here is the people who would demand their removal would do so in the name of women’s empowerment and shit like that. “Grid girls objectify women, blah, blah, blah.”
The response is that grid girls are dozens if not hundreds of local woman who are second and third tier models. Many do this as a side gig to supplement income from their day job. Ask people if the PC agenda has gone too far when it stymies real time female empowerment via earned income through legitimate employment. Focus on the economic damage it does to women who are denied an economic opportunity in the name of their political correctness.
Even my 70 year old mother watches the occasional F1 race. She was at the Watkins glen race some years before I was born and was about 30 feet from where graham hill’s car came to rest after a severe accident that almost ended his careers. She supported NOW in the 70s. She said grid girls are little more than props used to fill gaps here and there.

The appropriate reply: thank you F1 for denying hundreds if not thousands of women worldwide of an opportunity to further empower themselves through legitimate earned income.
I'm already trying to cut back on watching sports. This will help. Besides, it's probably best to forget F1 altogether when Fernando retires. Too many man-child bitches driving nowadays.

"Instead we've decided to use Grid Men, because with feminism and our fucked up views we feel that men are becoming more and more accepting of their homosexual side. Nobody is 100% straight"
I know its satire, but I wouldn't even be surprised.
On a more positive note, here are some really good montages of Senna and Villeneuve.
I will never get tired of watching Gilles car sliding as he takes a corner, crazy how close to the edge he pushed things.
Fuck this gay Earth, no more grid girls? Kill me now.
Pretty devastated about it myself.
I think it was on 2015 or 2016 that in one race they used Grid guys and Vettel was complaining about it.

Feminists only like ugliness.
Once the whole world is ugly. Only then might they be satisfied.

Do they not understand how much they are alienating their fans with this faggot stuff? How many women would even go to an F1 event if it weren't for the status of going or being dragged to it by some guy.
What is wrong with celebrating female beauty....

Not anymore, unless the owners change their minds cucking towards feminazis. Feminazis and low energy cucks aren't even their fanbase, but redpill men are.

Amid a brave new world of sexual consent forms and rage over the "patriarchy," Formula 1 and its FAI ruling body has decided to ban the use of promotional models, known as "grid girls," from its events because they don't "resonate with [the] brand values [of F1] and clearly is at odds with modern day societal norms."

For Michelle Westby, working as a promotional model in motorsports led to a successful career as a stunt driver and a drift racing driver.
"If it wasn't for grid work / promotional modelling, I wouldn't be where I am now in a 'male dominated' sport and job as a stunt driver and drift competition driver, inspiring and influencing females into this 'intimidating male environment.' I get girls messaging me all the time saying how I inspire them and made them want to get into racing and drifting when they didn't think they would be accepted… What people don't realise, is that the girls have knowledge of the products and teams they are promotion — that's part of the job. We get a brief on the uniform but it's up to us if we feel comfortable in it. We are more clothed than what teenagers wear down the supermarkets. I'm now retired but to think girls have lost a lot of important income because feminists think they know best, when they really haven't got a clue, is frustrating."
Formula 1 begins its 2018 season on March 26. Let's see if SJW politics have the same effect as #kneelgate did on NFL attendance.
What's next?
