A Sydney fitness model has come out on top in a battle against an elite dating agency which she claims set her up with an 'unsuitable man' after she forked out $5000.

Zoë Daly handed over the hefty sum late last year, after meeting with Elite Introductions founder, Trudy Gilbert, who promised she would meet 'amazing men'.

But after what she deemed a nightmare first date, which involved her 'very negative' potential suitor 'speaking about himself the whole time,' Ms Daly requested a refund.

Originally hoping to meet a 'like-minded, ambitious, successful, professional' man, she was disappointed when her date showed no interest in her, was 'not passionate about his job', was 'ashamed' of his family, and made offensive comments about her car [HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA].

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-...-date.html

She definitely knows how to apply her make-up heavily (and some of her photos make her look like a different person), but she gets 8/10 from me (1/10 personality-wise). Some will say she's too muscled and that might be true, although she's above par for the West, particularly when she's not cutting and obsessed with her striations.

Another Instagram shot:

The car comment makes me think that her male match actually sensed he was being taken for a ride (pardon the pun) and that this girl's finances probably aren't as high as her Instagram would claim. She might be driving an eight-year-old Holden Barina and desiring a man with a Lamborghini.

A lot of the article is heavy mumbo jumbo about deceptive and misleading conduct under Australian consumer law.

To be fair, I think the matchmaking agency was probably pretty shitty and overhyped the service.

What is of interest to me, however, is how a woman with 200,000+ Instagram followers, who also walks in circles of muscular, fit men, is complaining she can't find ONE man and needs to pay $5,000 (US$4,000) to get a partner.

"Buuuuuut wwwhhhheeerrreeeee hhhaavvveee aaallllllll ddddaaaaa gggggooooooodddddd mmmeeeennnn ggggoooooooonnnnneeee?!?!?!"

Hilarious failing at life. This is like being a billionaire but enrolling at an unemployment bureau because all the things you could do with your money are beneath you.

Pretty much your last sentence sums her up. Drowning in male attention, sees not a single man worth dating. Hypergamy oft the charts!

Her physique is flat out weird.

By accident I scrolled down and only saw from the bottom of the photo up to her neck, and 'it' looked like a dude wearing a padded bra.

The shorts pulled down? How can you show so much flesh and still not appear remotely erotic?

And don't even get me started on the geometry of her elbows.

This broad provides no great value or skill to the world outside the superficial yet 200,000 people most of them men thought it fit to become her ''followers''. Just another rotten chick enabled by a rotten culture worshipped by unmasculine men.

She should look me up. Seriously.

I'm not going to make fun of her car because I don't even have one and I'm super passionate about my work.

I talk about myself a bit on dates, but by the second venue, I focus exclusively on playing two truths, one lie.

I've just firgured it out.

Remember those kids flip-books that are divided two times in the middle so you can mix the pages and create a unique whatever?

Well this particular flip book contains Barbie, a high school boys swim team captain, and a concentration camp occupant.

No prizes for guessing which part is which.

Nice hustle by the dating service. They are probably protected by the fine print, which blondie probably did not read.
This does not make sense at all - she has probably had hundreds of men make moves on her. If 99,9 % of men IRL aren't good enough for her, what made her think that many of them are not just paying the fee to join that service, meaning she can never completely avoid the plebs? Faulty reasoning.

214,000 people know what she looks like. Before photography, even kings and queens were never recognized by that many people.

That's not how we do things in Russia, comrade.

I feel like she is trying to just promote/market herself and increase her followers/fan base by suing the company and trying to be on internet forums/news.

For example, I never knew who she was before I saw this thread.

Brick, yes, but now they have to spend it all and some defending themselves. They need to pay her off since they don't have 200.000 Pocketbooks open to finance this bullshit.

The number of dates I've been on where the chick did nothing but talk about herself, talk about her neuroses, quite clearly didn't care for anything I had to say, and was actively insulting to me.... and this girl is all shocked that one time some dude used rambling as part of his game and negged her about her car.

Kinda got the feeling princess here has "elbows too pointy 2/10 WNB" mentality, female edition. Her checklist of must haves is 200 items long. A guy scoring 199/200 is a fail.

Well, you go girl! Never settle for less than you deserve. Everything happens for a reason. You don't chase, you replace. Live, love, laugh. (More banal female inspiration quotes here ________ and here _______)

Oh and WB, despite the excess cutting. Wouldn't get a chance to, though. I predict my score being 165/200

I think she may have photoshopped the images to exaggerate certain features - but the result is something off-putting.

Many of these girls have body dysmorphia disorder and the angles in which they pose may seem the best to them but look weird to us.

I was once involved on-and-off with a girl who had BDD and it was like the worst of BPD girls with a generally bitchy, sensitive prima donna attitude.

Fitness models, even the ones without the mental woes, are notorious for presenting illusions, just like this one:

Though she has a checklist of requirements that any potential suitor must match, she completely lacks the ability to critique herself. In her mind, she is perfect, without flaws. What she fails to realise is that if she dropped the self absorbed arrogance, became more feminine, pleasant and wore dresses, she would be in a much better position.

WB though.

EDIT: A group of us should start a company like this, charge $5000 to 'find someone' for idiots like her. We would make a fortune.

Agreed. What you bang doesn't have to be what you date.
