Thriving on raw eggs, world's oldest person marks 117th birthday in Italy

...but I think she's lying.
Three Extra Large Grade AA Eggs are 240 kCal.
Inputting her information in a calculator, and I'm taking assumptions per her height/weight--I will use 4'11" and 75lbs with body fat 12%--I'm going for bare minimum here. She is completely sedentary woman who was born on 11/29/1899.
We get base metabolic rate of 540 kCal per day. She needs 595 kCal per day to not lose weight!
She says she lived like this all her life, and I fail to see how. On the surface it looks good--low carb diet, raw food so the nutrients are not leeched out, etc.
But numbers are not there to sustain her to even sit on her ass.
Thoughts?

I am afraid that women appreciate cruelty, downright cruelty, more than anything else. They have wonderfully primitive instincts. We have emancipated them, but they remain slaves looking for their masters all the same. They love being dominated.
