I probably agree with you to a large extent, till recently I always had the same belief. However, I am currently seeing a girl who is very high IQ and she is literally my best friend at the moment. We can talk for hours and hours non stop, finally I have met a woman who I can have interesting conversations as the ones I have with my male friends.

I reckon that this type of woman is extremely rare but they can be found.

I am saying many guys delude themselves into thinking the chicks they talk to are very interesting when in reality it is often times their dick talking for them. Which is fine and natural it is how most couples pair-bond. I don't think overselling how interesting women are is a good move, it sets the bar for them even lower than it is due to white knights eating up every word and giggle from chicks.

It is like that meme with the extremely good looking actor with the statement "Just go up to a girl say hi, works everytime." Yeah like that sort of guy can get away with that, chicks can get away with a horrifically low bar in conversation.

I think it is up to men to demand more by not having such a low standard of what they will tolerate. Girls I believe are very capable of being deep, meaningful, and articulate. They just don't need to because men put up with low quality conversation to get sex and be in relationships.

The kicker is women aren't introspective enough to know that if a guy goes on a date and sleeps with them then never calls them that they may need to up their conversation game. They think it is their looks, sex was bad, guy is in a relationship and having her on the side... anything other than her personality needs to upgrade. Anglo girls especially think they personality is a bright shining unique star and anything but that needs to change.

The real solution is to not have sex with these girls and cut dates short at the 30 minute mark once you know she is a dud.

And the same if you flip the script - If you gave something really wise to a hot girl to read, you would pay much less attention to it.

One tends to talk about different things with men and women, both have different conversational appeals. (Perhaps it is part of what you said you about women just being sexy and feminine).

Either way, a lot of the manosphere tends to look down on having female friends or making conversation with someone you're not going to fuck - I enjoy having female company around sometimes. Also love women who can initiate and carry on good conversation (doesn't have to be about quantum mechanics or philosophy or whatever - in fact, its almost always better if its about a non intellectual subject, especially people).

I'm a Wisconsin guy so I'm biased in saying any city in the Upper Midwest. But Chicago is great, it's huge and has something for everyone, without the exorbitant prices of the coasts. There's also a ton of chill RVFers there.

The Twin Cities are fun, as is St. Cloud. Western Minnesota is pretty dull though.
