At the gym, ironically, so can't watch. What is it?
@ 9:40. Glamour model? Shit, according to that I've banged nothing but glamour models for my entire 14 years of fucking.
God'll prolly have me on some real strict shit
No sleeping all day, no getting my dick licked
The Original Emotional Alpha
Good video, just finished watching it.
Thoughts:
-90% chance the dude with the model gf is a drug dealer.
-What is with British people and fucked up teeth?
-The one dude wears his moms jeans...

They gonna love me for my ambition.
Is it just me or did the built guy that went to really low body fat just look plain terrible without that extra mass? His face was very hollow looking.
Yeah I think that can happen to older guys who lose a lot of weight. Plus, if those numbers were true he was going into the unhealthy range. I don't really understand the part about deliberately losing muscle.
If only you knew how bad things really are.

I thought he looked better built too.
Not sure what all that nonsense about not being able to move about without running out of breath was about either. Nobody that lifts that much is that unfit!
He's clearly got some sort of obsessive disorder anyway.
I thought it was a good watch.
Though I found serious problems with all 4 of them.
The 2 skinny guys just didn't want their results bad enough. Get out of here.
The fatter 'bodybuilder' has serious ego problems.
The other guy is the most normal of the bunch, and has by far the best physique. Like others have said, I thought his final look wasn't nearly his best. That low level of body fat does not look sustainable in the longterm. And it looked as if he aged 10 years.
All he needed to do was lose maybe 10-15 pounds and start doing cardio.

What kind of program were the skinny guys doing? It looked like a bunch of pump and fluff. Whereas when focusing on compound lifts you can be highly motivated to hit specific strength targets.

That big guys chest looked pretty bad on the one side. I imagine it must have been an old tear or something. Happened to a friend of mine that was seriously well put together before his pec tear - he still looks good but it does detract from his overall appearance.
They were all pretty messed up psychologically but the 3 of them were nice enough lads. That Martin on the other hand was pretty unlikeable, although he seemed to have done some reflection as a result of going through the process and had changed for the better.
Really not sure how sensible it is to have guys go from eating a couple of thousand calories a day right up to 6500. I would expect massive fat gain.

Watched part of it - just curious what the results would have been of putting the big guys on Leangainz
