I am all for being honest, even when the truth hurts. But I don’t find your arguments against Roosh and G very convincing. I don’t think everyone is trying to be some PUA marketing guru on this forum, certainly I’m not. Could you elaborate further? One of the things I actually find refreshing about Roosh in particular is his realness, that game is not some magic spell you cast but something you learn the hard way by trial and error, and that is necessarily going to include a LOT of rejection before you get any good. Goodness knows I kind of tune out when he talks about stuff like “f--- speed” or “30 kinds of p----“ but that doesn’t mean people here can’t help you improve the way you handle yourself around women, or that it’s an all-or-nothing succession of one night stands vs. internet porn.

What’s the real issue man? Did you put all your chips on Medellin or something? I’ve been burned in Colombia just as badly as you have, but you gotta roll with it. Sometimes when I’ve thought I couldn’t take it anymore here, some unprecedented, only-in-Latin-America event would happen and turn my whole attitude around in an instant. Of course, girls aren’t the only way I enjoy myself here, and I don’t pin all my happiness on them either, which helps a lot for maintaining a balanced attitude through rough patches like the one you seem to be experiencing.

Yeah I didn't do shit on one trip to Thailand and England but chase pussy. Not even one museum or even walking past Buckingham Palace. LOL. Looking back I sort of regret it. Being deadset on pussy kept me in the pubs and clubs, and ended up costing probably 3x what I should have spent. Lessons learned. Next time I'll go back to finding something constructive to do during the day to offset the days on end of debauchery.

Agreed. I'm talking about countries where you are fish out of water and have a low/non-existent social circle. Like if you were going to Slovenia, and don't know the language, culture or have any local friends to support your endeavors of sarging women.

BBL was clearly a fish out of water in Colombia, and had a difficult time geting laid because he did not have other pieces of his inner game in complete check, including a social circle that can regroup his thoughts to go back to war later on or the next day refreshed and confident.

Don't misunderstand me, I love fucking 10 different women a week too. However that will be a challenge in a country where you have no friends, do not speak the language, and its your first time there. We are talking about non-pros of course.

I think a lot of guys who strike out on the regular in the US or other western countries think they’re gonna come here and the women are going to practically chase them simply because of the fact that they hail from a so-called developed country. As if it’s our birthright to go to Latin America and receive tribute from the women.

The truth is, while getting a one-night stand or something here is not really that much more difficult than in the states, it still requires game and effort. If you don’t take time to learn the language and culture, and pretty much expect Colombia to owe your penis something just because you were born somewhere else, you aren’t going to be loving too many big booties.

For me personally, I just find dating here a lot more satisfying. I was volunteering at a charity in the states just before I left, and it was a place full of twenty-something hipster volunteers helping inner city kids with their homework after school. They had planned a “singles night” and just the thought of it made me want to squirm. I could just imagine a night talking about what’s on people’s Netflix queues, and what television shows everyone was watching on DVD, and talking about their “plans”….even dating felt like a job interview in the states.

Life has a different tenor here. Flirting and spitting whatever game you have feels much more natural and fun. And dancing adds a whole other sexy dimension to things. But it’s not automatic. If you come here expecting the girls to just throw themselves at you, you’re not only mistaken, but you’re missing out on the fun of preparing yourself linguistically and mentally for an entirely different culture.
