What would the RooshV forum do

Been there, after my divorce I bought a four bedroom big ass house that had a movie theatre upstairs. I loved the house but it was about the same distance from the hotspots that kickboxer references. I loved the house but the distance from where I was getting most of my bangs quickly became a huge pain in the ass. Too much travel time, too many cops on the roads during the weekends and furnishing that behemoth cost me out the ass. Do the apartment dude, girls don't care how big your place is, just that it's clean, decorated well and comfortable. Plus, I've found that the bigger the place, the bigger the parties and that never works out well unless you've got the jack to hire bouncers.

Looks like an apt it is. The house would be cool but its too far away. Plus, it would probably cause too many distractions for me to get anywork doneThanks for the feedback

You'll be far better living alone.

On a related note, if you guys had to choose between getting a quad (2, two-person bedrooms connected to a central lounge room) and a single (1 person) room in your freshman year of college, which would you get? I imagine the single would make closing easier, but at the same time having more roommates and more space would make it easier to have girls in the lounge room (more parties/more social circle game).

In college I'd opt for roommates, its an easy way to expand your social circle almost instantly without doing a thing. Just show up and be cool, bam more connections then you had before. Network, make friends, then move on to your own.

I've lived in a dorm where it's one room and two people live in it. I've also lived in one that's two 2-person bedrooms with a central living room. I would take the second one all day as a freshman. Yea it can get a little cramped sometimes, but unless the dudes are losers, you automatically have 3 friends right off the bat. Plus it's way better for meeting other people in the building as it's usually not one-on-one hanging out which can be a little awkward when you first meet someone.

Never buy a house. The only way you can make it worth your while is if you inherit one that's already paid off. Even then the property taxes can soak you dry.Renting is the way to go when you're young and you get to pick where your domain is.
