What's yours?
My favourite motivational video
This one's a little cheesy but quite good I think:
I think this is a good motivational one too:

Still one of the greatest sports comebacks that I've ever seen. Fastest 100m freestyle split ever recorded at 46.06 seconds. Since it's in a relay race, it can't count as the world record for 100 m, which currently is held by Brazil 46.91 seconds. Lezak shattered that record.

Self consciously motivational videos don't usually have that great an effect on me.
I generally find myself motivated when I come across a random video that showcases someone who has stuck strong to their vision, consistently, over the years, developed a skill or craft, sometimes famous, sometimes not, and has ended up creating something of value or beauty.
Often what is particularly motivating to me is how they continue to perfect their art day in day out, no life hacks, and might practice a craft for twenty years and still think, humbly, I am only just now learning how to do this.
Also, the thing that they are learning is often extremely unobvious, and it might be something that normally I wouldn't have thought twice about, or even noticed, and yet the passion of the person makes me swell with a bit of vicarious masculine pride at the fact that this guy is a trouper who doesn't need the spotlight and sticks to his vision.
I have things in my own life that I continue to master and work on that mean the world to me and that other people dismiss or fail to see at all.
When I see someone else who has followed a similar trajectory, and is finally getting a little bit of credit for his fidelity to his labor, it redoubles my own resolve and inspires me to continue.
This is currently my favorite motivational video. This man creates something beautiful and practical that will span the centuries.
Out of dirt.
Another important element of motivation is respect for culture and those who came before. The guy in this video is learning a craft, not building a cult of himself.
At the end of the video he says of those who practiced his craft hundreds of years before:
"I look at their work and am amazed at the scope of human potential."
This is inspiring to me.
It is not a Tim Ferriss, tips and tricks of the top performers, mentality.
