Book Idea

My brother and I have had this book idea for quite some time now, but he suddenly has the motivation to collaborate with me and write it.

The plan was to call it "Get Her" with that concept applying to three different areas.

1. The obvious stage of "getting her" - we wouldn't spend a ton of space on this as there's so many books out there on how to get different girls, that I feel it'd be very redundant.

2. The bulk of the book "Get her to do what you want" - I really think there's a lack of books out there that give guys solid advice on what to do when they're actually in the relationship; or rather what they should be doing. I've seen so many guys who seem like they know what they're doing, and what they want, turn into total pussies once they finally get a girl they value too much. Just because she's a 9, the hottest girl you've ever fucked, doesn't mean you should turn over the keys to the car and settle for sex once a week at most. I want to see men take back control in their relationships, because with a lot of these women, they end up leaving these guys (or worse cheating on them until they tire of how much a pushover he is) and then their egos get out of control. I'm not sure if this is as big a problem outside America, but that's my target market, and I know it's out of control here.

3. The last part "Get rid of her (if you have to)" - This would be your basic escape clauses, getting rid of girls that just won't conform to being your ideal woman. There's a number of other reasons to get rid of her of course, such as she's gained weight, you found someone else better, she's an alcoholic, she cheated on you, etc.

So my question to the forum is, would a book like this be of any use to you or anyone you know? Or is there anything else like this out there already? I just keep thinking that the seduction process itself is actually quite short in relation to the total time you're going to spend with this girl, and advice on keeping her as excited for your dick as the first night, is important.

My advice is not to ask people whether you should write a book or not. There should be a burning desire inside you to share this information, because that's the only way you'll be committed to go through with it until the end. The possible success of the book should not matter unless you're solely doing it for the money.

What Roosh said.

The book will work. There's enough of a market for that kind of stuff especially since your chosen topic is particular niche.

The hardest part about your book will be creating it, not selling it. I have a lot of resources on ebook writing if you want I can send em your way.

This. I've been trying to get a semi-biographical game/alpha book off the ground for over 6 months now. Its all about writing until its right.

Disagree. It'll never be "right." Art isn't meant to be perfect.

I recommend forcing yourself to put it out. You don't want to be stuck in 'tweak mode' where you sit around changing minute things without a real reason to.

It's better to release an essentially finished product and listen to the customers. Not individuals, but trends. If there are many costumers saying the same thing -- consider taking action. If theres one disgruntled customer but the general consumer-base is happy with the product, then you can politely handle that one customer and continue serving your happy ones.

It's called validated learning.

It isn't tweeking. Its style. Since I started it I've had changes in my life that have affected how I write. I finally have the style down now, so the book is progressing nicely and I'll be able to integrate the other drafts into it.
