If you want kids, it's probably better for celebs to break off a chick that makes good money, and work out child support (or joint custody, so you don't have to pay her anything). I like the way George Clooney handles his business. He treats his women well, hangs with them for a couple of years or so, no playing house, and when it's done he moves on.

Halle DIDN'T marry this last dude. He's a pretty prominent male model, and glorified sperm donor. Why would a man who can secure a beautiful low profile woman with less leverage opt for instead a woman who is much less attractive, incredibly full of herself, and willing and able to suck him clean of his money?

I think that's the key with the Kardashian clan. You're marrying into THEIR family. They're running shit, in that the family in itself is the business. You're just an accessory.
