Sleep will determine any long term change in your issues.

When not partying, go to sleep as early as possible. Anytime after 10 and your hormones will take a hit, with the later you go to bed the more dramatic the change in hormone production. After adjusting, you should feel better with highly consistent habit of going to be earlier.

As far as sleep quality goes, eat your last meal as early as possible and try to read before bed, instead of using the computer or watching TV. Reducing the light input into your eye, as well as burning extra brain sugar through reading, should improve sleep quality.

A guy that I heard about recommends low does naltrexone therapy in doses ranging from 10-300 picograms in water. He says that you will have to experiment with the dose, but to change the dose every day, to keep your body sensitive to it. Mix it up between taking 5-15 picograms at once and taking higher levels, from 100-300 picograms at once. Occasionally, skip a day. Generally, only take it in the morning, before you eat, as soon as you get up. Although, 1 picogram at night can be very effective, when necessary to make yourself feel better (if you haven't taken any yet that day). Only take it once per day. You'll have to look into it for further info. You'll know its working as your sleep quality changes, which it will on the first day, and with increased experience with changing the doses. It will improve very quickly, if you take it as this guy suggests. You won't find info on those dose levels, though. That is this guys discovery, as apparently, in his opinion, people who take the generally recommended dose of low dose naltrexone (LDN), take amounts that are entirely too high (1 milligram or more). These people tend to not have long term success with it, as its power at those doses leads to too much energy and the inability to sleep. At the lower doses, it will put you into deeper sleep and lead to increased hormone and neurotransmitter production (anecdotally).
