Citron plans to shut down the forum in a couple of weeks, but I don’t have the funds right now to purchase and maintain it. I was hoping he would keep it running until the end of 2025, giving me enough time to get money and pay for the necessary upgrades. I need to raise $2,500—$2,000 to buy the forum from Citron and $500 to cover server costs for the next few months until I can take over the payments.

I believe this forum is going to die. You are better off to start a new forum to revive "the cause". The current one has Roosh's name on it which is no longer relevant. So in my valuation, it's worthless to keep it.

I think this forum is valuable as an archive a lot of the material is out of date, but the principles are valid. It could be fed into an AI maybe. But I agree with Pavel on creating a new forum. This would need to be something resilient, someplace beyond the reach of crybully feminists. Monetization might be tough but the Tates made it work. I know a lot of people use discord these days. There are alternatives available that can be self-hosted and wouldn't run the risk of a ban like discord would do, but that costs money of course

If this forum was going to take off again it would have already imo. Even the "official"/current RVF is dead. I really do feel the value is in the archival and what can be gleaned from that- I do think this is very valuable and should be done but there also needs to be something new to generate interest and engage people in creating new content rather than just responding to old threads
