Hi, I'm from the UK, 29 years old white male and like many of you here, I am an incel.

I really need advice because I am stuck an a negative loop. Every time I get a chance with a girl I get nervous and fail to create attraction. This ends up in me getting frustrated and getting back to playing video games and reading game books.

Same, been single for a few years except for a short 3-months relationship at the beginning of 2024 after which she just kinda faded away and neither of us even bothered breaking up.
I occasionally get laid from Bumble, but it's pretty rare. Twice in 2022, maybe once in 2023, then with that chick for a few months in 2024 and that's it.

I get decent amounts of matches. I usually respond once to their opener, sometimes we exchange a couple lines and it usually ends there because chasing after these airheads makes me feel gross and beta.
Bore me and I ghost the convo pretty fast, I have no patience anymore, nor desire to put any effort racking my brain trying to come up with something to say. It's just not fun.

Honestly, I'm pretty much MGTOW at this point and I don't think that's gonna change.
I'm not ugly BTW, I work out, I'm buff, blue eyes people comment on all the time so I know they stand out,
go to church and people tell me I'm handsome all the time (usually older ladies)

Don't really have friends either. Lots of friendly acquaintances and it seems like everyone likes me, but I don't really consider anyone a real "friend". I guess I stopped putting effort into that too. I probably got tired of people fading into my life and fading out never to be heard from again.

IDK, it's like the world got fucked a few years ago and sometimes it's time to just hang your hat and do something else. Stay home, work, collect crypto, workout, watch a movie. There's plenty of more productive stuff to do. You get used to being alone.
