i leg pressed 352lbs for 12 reps then another 9 reps yesterday, are you impressed?
really it's more important if it translate to actual visual muscle, so you LOOK strong, and it's not always the case, you have to post a shirtless picture so we know how you look xD nohomo
btw how heavy are your plates in your bench video? they look like 45s so that'd be 135lbs total

Squat is the king of workouts for building testosterone.
Personally I'm a big fan of the overhead press too, I really enjoy it. Bench press I can take or leave, I'd rather do press-ups.

It looks like PAG shoulder pressed 15 kg dumbbells and then made a second video zooming in on the 30 kg dumbbells.
