Im currently on Nepal and interested in gaming western backpackers! Where should I go in SEA to do that in the months of July/August, considering its low season on some of these countries!

Thats a pretty broad question... Are you asking for a country? Any popular tourist destination you go to is still going to have backpackers around even in low season, just go stay in some hostels and enjoy.
Just find a party hostel. I'm not sure why you would want to. If you like western girls chasing after backpackers is like sifting through the dumpster for food behind a seafood restaurant because you like seafood.

Ko Phi Phi for Scandinavians. Lots of chicks partying.
If you want a high traffic, party environment go to Had Riin, Koh Pha Ngan for the famous full moon party dates. Book ahead, it gets incredibly busy.
Also in Cambodia is Ko Rong. Great beaches. Backpacker stoner destination. People who have been there seem to love it.

I'd probably avoid the Thai islands around that time. I was living in Thailand last year and took a few trips down south during July/August. It's rainy season, so places are pretty dead. The plus is that you can get REALLY cheap deals on nice hotels. Personally I had a great time in places like Koh Lanta, Railay Beach, but half the time I went with a girl from Bangkok. I remember seeing some decent looking tourist girls in Krabi, but it's not advisable to go during July/August unless you don't mind being there during rainy season. I had plenty of time, so it didn't bother me too much when it rained for half the day.
The problem with that is that its holiday time in Europe and many, many young chicas make that trip to Ko Pha Ngan for the party dates (and the few days before) as it is the only time they can go on their one summer holiday of the year whilst they are attending school/ college.
Been to Koh Pha Ngan about six times during July August over different years. During the >>>>Full Moon Party Dates<<< the island is heaving with young tail. Has to be seen to be believed. Book ahead.
The intermittent rain doesn't bother them, never bothered me.

Also OP, consider Ubud in Bali. I don't think there's much to do there but it has a lot of young women and yoga babes who are on pilgrimage on account of reading Eat Pray Fuck/Love.

I already been all over Thailand (3 times in the full moon, I know all about it plus the logistics), but never during rainy season. I'm just scared I go there and there's no one as my main motive to go there is to fuck girls.
I'm planning on going to Indonesia also, what are the best main backpacker destinations?

I'm more interested in western Europeans, mainly french girls, as I get my best experiences with them and find it hard to connect (and in the case of northern Europeans to attract) to both Russians and northern Europeans.
Highly prefer a less fierce competition place and easier to the solo traveler.

The only problem could be that apparently recent years have been a bit of a sausage fest supposedly. You go the week leading up to the party and it will be rammed, lots of young women but competition will be high.
Consider Ko Tao nearby.. people flit between, I hear good things about Ko Tao.Full moon week it will be rammed as well. Never been.
My buddies live long term in Seminyak, Bali. They love it. Kuta is the trashy epicentre of nightlife with lots of partying.
Nearby off Lombok is Gili Trawangan, the Ko Pha Ngan of Indo. Lots of backpackers and girls. All this eplaces will be less busy but busy enough.
Ubud I've mentioned as there is less competition there and lots of girls horny to be fucked. 20 years ago it was a beautiful and relaxed place.
Then that lightweight book was written. Now, as a result, it is a concrete jungle and the dumb chicks don't really know why they went there in the first place. But they doll themselves up and go out every night. Not enough men around to serve them.

I've been in both, I know when and where to go to/in both islands, are they still packed in the summer though?

Heard good things about Gili and Ko Rong.
I've been in Pai and absolutely hate that place, full of wannabe hippies, too many germans and israelis (no personal hate here but they are both very hard to get on with, both the guys and girls are hard to just be friends with, let alone get some pussy) and heard its been really bad on the air quality.
