Questionable Rape Accusation at Michigan State

Where is "innocent until proven guilty"?
Why are the administration and the faculty members inferring that the girls are the victim?
Where is the due process and listening to the other story? There are always two sides of the story.
I hated when I was in university because of this shit. Some kind of sexual harassment or event like this would happen and everyone would take the women's side. Even my general education classes were so fucking annoying, had to BS through to get the grades even though I didn't agree with the feminist professors.
Then it came down to my business classes and the professors were all playing the field of keeping their mouth shut, but at least the business professors were more logical and somewhat redpilled.

Questionable Rape Accusation at Michigan State

I'd like to know if her lawyer is being paid by the hour by the parents or is on a contingent fee (only gets paid if she wins).
If it's the former, the lawyer is going along because the parents believe her story and want revenge on Michigan State.
If it's the latter, the lawyer has evaluated the case and thinks the case is a winner or at least has enough truth to force a quick settlement.
Of course, the New York Times's framing of the story is a big help to her and possibly unfair to Michigan State.
Competing corruptions: regret is rape vs. big college sports. I don't see how the case could proceed without her naming the "student athletes." 2015, some could be playing in the NBA by now. There's an element of blackmail there: settle quick or the names will get out. On the other hand, if the guys were named, they might have evidence to refute her. Other witnesses, etc.
The counseling records, if they exist, would be key evidence. Problem is it's so late that possibly exculpatory evidence like video in the bar is long gone.
It's long past the time that college sports should be abolished or turned into professional sports. Big college teams are state-owned or "charity" owned businesses.
