So I work in an environment that is basically filled with women and many of them are cute and totally my type. I do flirt with many of them and some of them reciprocate. There is this one girl that has kind of caught my eye though. She does have bf but I have overheard that she does have issues with him and she does flirt with me. We kind of have this schoolyard flirting pattern. I do often do the whole be kind for a while and then be a jerk, kind of creating an emotional rollercoaster. Do you guys have anymore tips?
Girls at work
Don't shit where you eat. Not worth the risk. Unless, of course, it's a dead-end or part-time job that you don't care about - then by all means carry on.

Advice from my father: Don't dip your quill in company ink.
Don't.

The guys who got into trouble beacue of fucking coworker were either famous or have a lot of money.
There are a lot of sex going around the work place .
It takes a lot of fuck up for a girl to complain about you to HR.
I work in a big corporate and older creepy male employee keep touching younger girls .
The younger girls complain to me but they never went to the HR

Like others said. Don't be an idiot and flirt with girls at work. You are risking getting fired because of sexual harassment. Which will also mess up your references when looking for a new job.
You can meet plenty of hot girls and work on your pickup skills through daygame or nightgame.

Flirting is fine in the office but don't actually follow through with it.
I've seen people forced out of companies because they dated/fucked women and after the breakup it created too much drama and animosity and management had to step in.
Also, there are literally thousands of single women around you everyday - why focus on one who is taken and in your workplace?

No. In the current #metoo era even harmless flirting at work can be grounds for sexual harassment. The only conversations you should have with female co workers should be strictly professional and work related only.
And even if they offer hugs just stick to a handshake only.
You obviously don't need to follow this extreme level of caution in normal social situations but you should in the workplace.
Sadly the current politically correct climate has gotten way out of hand and we rational men need to protect their income and assets.
