I'll second the hamming-it-up comment but if you want to look alpha just pick a badass movie character or historical figure and avoid the gay shit that makes up 99% of stuff in costume stores. I was Tony Montana from Scarface last year and got laid. I used powdered sugar donuts to give myself a cocaine 'stache. I'm thinking maybe Genghis Khan this year.

That's weird.. the girls I know would think dressing up like "manly" guy from a movie is gay. But, they also don't dig guys that are buffed up. I guess it's just a hipster thing.

Maybe going in drag could help swoop some lesbians..
