You hire property managers and they hire the contractors who fix and develop new properties.

You leverage those properties to buy commercial RE in vacation destinations. Of course you would need to have a nice apartment in that location you could air bnB when you aren't there. etc.....

I've been very wary of the potential for an accusation from when I was president of an organization. I had a college student who was giving ALL the IoI's at the conference and I did not want to create an ethics issue. Actually one of my friends is a plumber, and he was banging a hot customer of his shortly after he started his job.

However, he's a good looking young dude. That's my issue with most of these ideas. That is, I think it's kind of irrelevant. It wasn't because my friend is a plumber that made her want him. It's because she thought he was hot.

Similarly, I think one could own a hairdressers and a hostel (or most of the idea, really), but unless any of the girls think you're hot, I think it's wasted effort. There's even more girls just out there on the streets! I understand it's little easier with someone you kind of know than on a cold approach, but then basically ANY job where there's lots of girls there will do. But even then, only a tiny percentage will be single and into you (assuming you're just average looking or whatever)

Only way I see it working is if you play the old ''if you don't sleep with me I will fire you'' or ''if you sleep with me i'll give you a promotion'' and that can lead to lots of problems nowadays lol

In my opinion, it is better to start some king of online-dating site. It is a profitable business. And imagine yourself a site, where you decide which searching features to set up. Then you’ll be able to use them for searching for a women of your dream, who is also want to be picked up if you know what I mean. Want to get a skinny one - look for such women, want someone nearby - set up a location filter. Made something like that and pick any women you like, as they will come there and create profiles.

The key with making something like this work is two fold:

1) Creating an environment with an amazing ratio, where you get plenty of one on one time with the girls
2) Ensuring you have alpha status in that environment

If it doesn't offer both consistently, not worth even bothering imho. Something labor intensive, like running a bar or club, is too much work and would also lead to an environment with too many other guys.

A part time photography hobby would be perfect. As long as it doesn't cost you money, but feeds you a steady stream of girls, why not? Great excuse to hire a cute "model" who seems open to you as an assistant, too.
