20mg sildenafil has been available for a few years now. In my experience, it’s quite effective. If I take one, it takes anywhere from 20-40 minutes to kick in. The biggest variable is whether or not I took it on an empty stomach.

Some of the generic stuff can vary wildly in quality. First time I got it i thought is was the same as real. Another time i got it from a different place and it was like, nothing like the others i tried and was not really worth using.

It depends on you and how much you take. Viagra is usually 25mg, 50mg or 100mg. Most guys do 50mg. The guy who told me i should try it told me he has weird side effects like heart racing and going blind for a moment when he took 100mg. Every body is different so start with less and work your way up.
If you want no contradiction by the real stuff. You can google generic viagra online and read about all the different sorts of stuff they cut it with and wonder if you should even try. For the difference between cialis and viagra, Viagra is what the guys are describing. Raging rock hard cock for a few hours, maybe still having an effect in the morning (depending on you and how much you took). For me 20g cialis lasts about 4 days and feels a little bit less synthetic.

I think there is a much greater impact of your personal genetic profile on cialis function than viagra. As you can tell from the anecdotes, the longer half life and calmer effect of cialis is likely what most talk about; for some that is better. I don't think it really changes refractory period all that much. I have heard that viagra does. If you are younger, though, there have been papers that show that most of the pde5's don't do all that much. Hard to say. I think there is a psychological effect. There definitely is a physiologic one apart from the obvious --- they certainly induce "lubrication" of the system, so to speak.
