The problem is we have these millennial-run media companies whose raison d'être is to find new things to be shocked about, and a police force patronising these liberal outlets when they know damn well no serious crime has been committed. The police actually said in that statement that trying to chat up girls is now "shameful and unacceptable". Even if that were true, they are not in the business of policing "shameful and unacceptable" behaviour, only criminal behaviour.
