According to me, With the track pants flip flops would be nice, and I also love them with flip flops and uggs... they rock together... check out this photo of Miley Cyrus she is sporting that look... it looks nice. So if we wear it.. We also looking nice.

I like my sneakers basic, so I roll with Adidas Stan Smiths. I have them in plain white, and plain black.

Dont wear track pants unless you are auditioning for The Sopranos.
Wear jeans, and steel toed boots to work.
