This could equally go in the '60 is the new 40' thread in terms of people defying age.
I read this yesterday and had a few thoughts about it. The story even made the po-faced Newsnight programme on BBC2 last night!
Here's the story;

Here's the schedule;
Here's the pic;
Firstly, I'm not a hater; I think he's done very well and deserves his success. He's quite funny in his movies and has the 'every-man' character nailed on.
Physically, I think he looks great for his age (obviously). He sometimes looks fat in clothes but that's just his height and build more than anything.
But regarding his 'daily routine', if you ignore all the fluff and just isolate the training aspects, he basically trains twice a day and that's it. So that's basically what a lot of us reading this forum do; a morning run, then lift weights after work.
His wealth gives him the best diet, supplements and (ahem!) 'other stuff' that money can buy. He looks good, but I can't help feeling that there are lots of non-millionaire fitness types out there who look just as good, if not better and who don't go to bed at 7.30 in the evening or have to sleep in cryo-chambers!
Anyway, good for him as he keeps the fitness flag flying and is obviously enjoying life. Also, his wife is hot and younger than him (and much taller) and he's knocked out 4 children with her! Rare in hollyweird circles.
