I ship things to North America from Asia for one of my ecommerce businesses. I used to have a family member receive packages, then ship them out for me. However, they will no longer be able to continue to do this soon. So I need to find a fulfillment company or another reliable person to ship all my future packages, while not overcharging me for their services.

Should I use Amazon, or do they screen packages from Asia and block them at random? And are they pricey?

If so, what are my other options?

If you want to sell goods in North America then you have to get the goods to your market. That means have the goods in the warehouse and ship from there. Otherwise it would always be very expensive or slower to ship from EU to U.S. There are a lot of third party companies which would store your goods and ship for you. Google "fulfillment" and you will see tons of options. Even Amazon offers fulfillment so you can have them store your goods and ship for you.
