i will be running some solo day/night game for 4 nights in tirana or durres, albania, betwee Aug Thu 16 -Sun 20.
But I'm a little confused as to where would be best for me.
I would like to stay somewhere that is close to popular night spots. I know both Tirana and Durres have some decent spots but they are about 45 min apart by car.
My requirements arent anything unusual: ideally I would like to hang at a beach by day and nightclub / cool bar by night.
About me: Im late 30's, a reasonably good looking chap, and have decent gaming skills (day/night). Im very mindful of the Albanian AFC / Cockblock, and know how protective they are of their women (ive been to southern italy many times, and have a good understanding of this type of dynamic). So my nighttime game will be relatively stealth and under the radar. Daygame i will dial it up a bit.
As far as where to stay is concerned, ideally would be good to be walking distance from the nightlife.
Im not really into those rave type clubs, with laser lights, foam spraying, 17/18 year olds running around everyone, charasterized with ungameable girls due to 'just wanting to dance' and / or theyre on pills (nothing less condusive to picking up in my opinion). I prefer the cocktail bars, lounges, beach clubs, etc. I dont mind a nightclub at all, as long as i can still talk and mingle with people, and there's an area i can do my thing.
Here are my questions in summary:
1. Should i stay in Tirana or Durres?
2. Should i stay in a combo of both or maybe stay in Tirana and take day trips to durres during the day (is that impractical)?
3. If you think i should be leaning towards one over the other, where do you think is the best area to stay in?
4. Im happy to spend up to EUR100 p/night for the right spot. Should i be staying in a hotel on the beach, or in a air bnb?
5. I like the look of Cinco Cavalli in Duress, if i have good game , how practical is it to take a girl back to my place?
6. If anyone has a contact in Durres or Tirana i could be introduced to, at least online, that would be great. DM
