Social Circle- Fashion Industry

Hey all I'm pretty new here and want to start contributing. I wanted to spur a discussion as I couldn't find this while searching. I am curious what you guys think are effective methods to become included within the fashion industry. I was thinking about attending runway fashion shows and start networking/building a social circle from there- you can get into most for a decent price and they usually have an "official" after party. Additionally I am building up a "photography game" on the side that I plan to integrate into attending these fashion shows to give me better plausible deniability for my attendance and find models in person to shoot with (rather than posting online and hoping for the best). Overtime I hope to build up my rolodex of models that I've shot with, roll into fashion shows, and party it up with "my crew" at the afterparty. I imagine this would eventually yield into the massive social proof that is needed to indirectly attract higher end models at said events. Thoughts?

Start a blog with a YouTube channel and Instagram account of something in that niche would be my advice!

HAIRDRESSERS - hands down the best way to pipeline models. Find a mid tier salon in your city, and get some type of inexpensive service every week. After a month or so, invite her to a photo shoot, with an offer. Tell her you already have 5 models showing up, and if she can bring 2-3 more and provide hair services you'll pay her a certain amount. Be sure to be specific in what you are looking for (Ethnic, Hair Color, Height) etc. Now for the "5" models that are already scheduled, you simply run the same pitch on another hairstylist. Be sure to ask for atleast 1 male models, so their guard will be lower.

For the photo shoot, you find an established phptographer with their own location and pay them to use it for your shoot.

3rd step, find "knock offs" of high end designer clothing, which will be setup on a rack during the photoshoot. Most young girls won't be able to tell the difference, and if they do you can claim it's a "sample" from next season's collection.

That's just a basic scenario, i'll post more later.

Photography game is a bit predictable game. Thats why I learned makeup in my mid-30s, and now pretending to be MUA. Works much better, as long as you have the courage to imitate metrosexual guy. About 50% of bitches get wet when I do their lips) Combination of suggestive pose and novelty of a guy doing this is much better than anything photographer can do.

Just start your own 'fashion' business buying cheap lingerie, etc off Shopify, amazon, legit chinese websites.

Resell on ebay/etsy/amazon/wherever and tell girls you have free samples they can try on. Not like you can't let them keep a $9 bra.

Make $$$, learn new skills, and increase your circle of women.

This is a good idea in my opinion.

Reminds me of a dream I had. I was trafficking supermodels for sex slavery.
My front was as some poncey fashion designer. Some of em (Adriana Lima and Natalia Vodianova) were a bit suspicious, so I decided to be some ultra camp fashion German style designer like Bruno.
So I was waving my hands, waggling my hips like a homo saying "Com und zee meine latest fashion collection, it ist FABULOUS".
Then I'd drag them into a shipping container and send them off to some desert island.
"Have a bit of feminism in there" were my last words to "women's rights" advocate Emily Ratajkowski before I slammed the container door shut on them all.
I wonder if anyone here is a dream analyst!

Always wanted to attend a fashion show but mistakenly thought getting tickets was near impossible, only reserved for the famous and priveleged. The industry is pretty nasty though, full of bitchiness, gays and extremely snobby, all-important individuals. The girls in it - that young skinny look - never really appealed to me.
Fair play to you if you can get the pussy.

I cannot believe OP is getting hate for this thread, I actually think it is a really legit thread. Of course we're talking about getting pussy and lengths we would go to get it, you're on a game forum where people talk about what countries to travel to for easy sex.

Model photographers can, without a doubt, can some top tier girls out there. Not just the skinny model type, most girls out there in today's narcissistic culture are begging for a chance in front of the camera to show off how hot they are. In today's social media age, almost every girl is begging for a chance to have a photo taken to where she looks good and the best possible. The fact that we do not have more discussion on this means we are leaving a lot of hot sex with hot girls on the table.

Not sure why guys are getting mad at OP here, I think this thread is on point.

As for how, I have seen guys use Instagram to get girls to model for them. A lot of these guys had access somehow so I think the focus should be more on getting girls that look good enough to want to get on camera in front of you and be a part of your Instagram page.

It be better to even start with friends at first and have them take part in it, try to pass photography off as a hobby or you wanting to do portraits and then once you get enough traction going move to women alone.

I'd love more thoughts on this myself.

Why not just become a POTUS? I reckon this job should get the panties wet (and the paycheck is pretty decent too)?

On a serious note, the best low investment thing is to be(come) friends with big fashion designers or be(come) friends with their friends so you can get invitations to the after show parties. Never been to one, but have a friend who has family members who are friends with household fashion designers and that's how he gets his invites...

As if most of us are that lucky and these fashion designers are open to being friends with most people. I think you have to bring some sort of value to their world or find a way to get them to notice you in a good way, at least that's a discussion which should be had.

First, I don't get where Beer saw disrespect towards OP here, entire thread is civil.

Second, the image of this sphere as Redcrus described is done on purpose. They need as few straight males there as possible, to remain able to provide these elite girls to elite businessmen. If the scene gets overcrowded with straight males, the chances that models fall in love with them or become pregnant increase, so the value of business decrease. So now, seeing as some small fraction of straights learned the rules, they introduce trannies there, to enhance this effect even more. This is why Miss Universe gone nuts on this theme this year (google Angela Ponce) and this trend is only beginning.

Third. If anyone decides to follow me, here are some tips for a straight male make-up artist:
1. You need to look metrosexual. Not too gay, but not too straight either. Your girls have to guess your sexual orientation. This adds to arousal as well, since girls often love the idea that they're so hot even semi-gays fall for them. So let her be your doctor. If you dont want to do this you can still work in this field, but you'll get less clients (many will be afraid to get the services of a straight male, especially if you have physically strong appearance), the guard of your clients will be higher. For me, a perfect image of a balanced metrosexual character is Burt Reynolds in Boogie Nights. Osmel Sousa is a bit on gay side, but acceptable. Beckham/Cristiano Ronaldo are on straight side, but only physically attractive guys can pull off this style successfully. The more you look like Harvey Weinstein, the more pimpishness you need to add to your image.

2. On technique and procedure. You will need to finish some courses in real life, youtube vids and books won't cut it. They have to be at least two months long, since you'll be forgetting half of stuff they tell you right away (if you're straight who never knew this shit before, like me). I felt like a blonde woman who tries to learn how to assemble computers at beginning. My teacher told me stuff and I could only remember what she said in last five minutes, completely forgetting what she said 20 minutes ago. After you master it, here's how you should approach your first clients. Do the easy stuff as good and quickly as possible (contouring and concealing), do the hard stuff as carefully and minimalistic as possible so if you screw somehow it wont be too noticeable (eyes), and then comes the part where it is decided whether the girl is aroused by entire thing or just treats this as mundane thing. The lips. Thing is, she has to open her lips in a suggestive pose and keep them this way for about 10 minutes at least. If you feel it goes your way - slow this down to 15-20 minutes. You can do some sick shit during this phase - touch and protract her lips, threaten to kiss her in form of compliment, tell her to open it even wider (she'll 100% obey and in some cases will be aroused by this), tell some lewd jokes. After the thing is done and she stands on her feet, you can tell that she liked it if she's jiggling for a while.

3. You wont make much money out of this, unless you want to deal with grannies all the time (there are some grannies who are into makeup, they will treat you like the most romantic thing that happened to them in last 15 years. You dont need to sleep with them, but they will usually pay up to 2x times more your usual price and can sometimes help in getting younger clients). But you'll get into fashion scene. Many photographers also prefer me to female muas, since we can scheme together. Female mua was/is always a weak spot in photographer game.
