I know there have been a few posts related to church game but I feel if your target is latina women, this is the best and easiest place I have found to game them in the USA.
The particular church you want to go to is obviously a Spanish speaking church or at least one of the Spanish masses. What I am about to say is going to mostly apply to my experiences of living in medium to large sized cities, but I know there are hispanic churches everywhere.
The church in particular that makes it easiest to game hands down is any Pentecostal Evangelical church. I have been going to a few in my city and have been approached numerous times by cute latina women asking why I am at a Spanish church. And at the very end of the mass, there is what's called a "group mingling" session where you just go up and talk to everyone and if you are new, introduce yourself. The pastor of the church introduced me to his 18 year old Dominican daughter, and then left us alone to speak.
Few side notes:
1)The mass at my particular church was like 3 hours long and there was a lot of singing. So I would suggest scoping out the congregation and seeing if there is any potential before committing yourself to it.
2)I am white, blue eyed/blonde hair and speak fluent Spanish. So I stick out a lot and everyone was staring at me most of the time. You can be any race though and not speak any Spanish and still pull women there because they all are excited to welcome the newcomers. If they ask, just say you are learning Spanish and listening to the word of God at the same time in your target language. The majority of people there spoke English (at least to an intermediate level) and if you don't speak any Spanish they would love to help you with it, or use you to practice their English. Its a win win.
3)I have based this experience off of Catholic and Pentecostal churches and it's super easy to game girls in the Pentecostal ones due to the ending "meet and greet" session. You can tell there is a lot of passion in these worshippers. The Catholic church I went to was way more conservative and people just sort of left when it was over. They will call you out during the mass and welcome you at the Pentecostal churches, so everyone will know you are new.
