In its quest for Global supremacy China is investing mammoth amounts of money World wide so it can allocate its industrial over capacity and develop new markets and diplomatic loyalties. As a consequence, the whole Chinese society is being transformed as well, and the Communist Party is paying a lot of attention in ways to control and direct the whole society in this purpose. Of particular interest among the Party officials is to control the damages created by the one-child policy, already dumped, but which was in effect for most than four decades and has created a 20 million deficit of nubile women. Government officials are particularly concerned of the social consequences in the sexual and social market. So, among other policies, Government is promoting the polishing and perfection of the ‘feminine traits’ among young urban college educated girls.
In a course launched in March, not long after China abolished presidential term limits, Zhenjiang College and the All-China Women’s Federation have been teaching female students how to dress, pour tea and sit just so — all in the name of Xi’s “new era.”
The class, offered only to female students, aims to develop “wise,” “sunny” and “perfect” women, where wisdom comes from studying Chinese history and culture, sunniness from oil painting and etiquette classes, and perfection from the application of (never too much) makeup.
The Communist Party wants women educated, yes, but with economic growth slowing and the population shrinking, it is bringing back the idea that men are breadwinners and women are, first and foremost, wives and mothers — so it is teaching young women that this is the norm.
Oh, and don't forget China's high speed trains female conductors.

With God's help, I'll conquer this terrible affliction.
By way of deception, thou shalt game women.
