Obesity is a cultural thing, not a racial thing anyway. There are some countries where people of a certain ethnicity are fat, and some where on average they are not. White women in the US are on average fat, but hey so is every other ethnic group in the US, some of which are fatter. But guess what, there are other countries where white people are not that fat.

Regarding body hair, it's not like most women dont a
shave anyway. And biologically speaking, its makes sense that people in humid climates have developed less hair than colder climates. The map I posted seems pretty accurate to my own experiences.

But to answer OP's question: Even without interracial marriage they would still becoming rarer. Most Western countries have some degree of feminism which puts women in higher education and the workforce during their prime fertility window(meaning their studying and "building a career" instead of a starting a family when it's easiest for them to do so). Even if the West were to become 100% White tomorrow most of Europe and N. America would still be well below replacement rate because because women are being pushed into the rat-race like men(Japan is a perfect example: minimal immigrants but a native population that's not fucking and slowly dying off).

Oh and the alt-right and most race realists/hbd adherents will never mention the above and would prefer to focus solely on demonizing brown migrants, which they should if they refuse to assimilate into the mainstream culture that graciously accepted them, as if White people have been 100% blameless for the fact most of the nations are dying off slowing.
