In another situation, Summerlin brought the sisters to the home of Alfredo Trejo, where they were raped and molested. The girls were given cash which they handed over to their mother.

Summerlin pleaded guilty to charges of cruelty to children, enticing a child for indecent purposes and trafficking a person for sexual servitude. She will be sentenced June 4.

The victims' grandmother, Teresa Davidson, pleaded guilty to cruelty to children. Davidson failed to protect the children after they told her they were being abused. Her five-year prison term was commuted to time served, with the balance to be served on probation.

Office has been found guilty of rape, child molestation, trafficking a person for sexual servitude, enticing a child for indecent purposes and sexual battery. He has been sentenced to life in prison, plus 146 years.

Trejo was convicted of rape, child molestation, sexual battery, aggravated child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes and trafficking a person for sexual servitude. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison, plus life on probation.

“It is difficult to imagine facts that are more horrific than those found in this case. I am hoping these two little girls can somehow survive this abuse and grow into healthy adults who can lead a productive and fulfilling life," District Attorney Paul L. Howard, Jr., said.

There have been many stories like this in the past. A Fijian Indian woman was recently convicted of prostituting her 15 year old daughter in New Zealand. Her excuse was that she was living in the country illegally and didn't have access to social welfare so she didn't have any other choice.

Looking at this from a purely legal standpoint, all the adults were hit with "trafficking" charges, yet no one was actually trafficked.

None were hit with child endangerment or child abuse charges, yet I'm pretty sure those charges apply here. A good defense lawyer could question these charges on appeal and the police's motivation in applying them, throwing doubt on the whole thing.

Back in the '80s, I had a boss who raved about a stupid band called Wa Wa Nee. Every day he played their cassette and went on about how they were slated to be the best band ever and had won such-and-such an award and made the greatest video. Today, they're remembered as only being loved by mindless trend-chasers.

I'm not really understanding how one guy gets such a drastically more severe sentence than the other. You diddle and rape a 5-6 year old you need to be locked up for life, end of story. The grandmother seems to be getting off exceedingly light. I hope the mother gets what she deserves but it wouldn't surprise me in the least if she doesn't get life. Should be the fucking death sentence but that's probably too much to hope for. If there is an afterlife I hope she burns for eternity.

There have been some messed up stories posted on here in the past but this really made my stomach turn. Almost as bad as the transcripts from the Ian Watkins case.
