Thessaloniki Datasheet 2018

I was in Thessaloniki at the beginning of this year in Feb for 5 days. Students had just finished exams. I travel as much as I can around Europe and like to try different countries so I thought Id try Greece.

About me: 6ft southern Asian British born, gaming for a year and need a lot of improvement. Slim build. Dress well.

Logistics: I stayed a 5-10 min walk from aristotelous square, this is the main square in Thessaloniki. It was a good location, and id recommend anything no max 10 min from the square, there are restaurants, coffee shops, kiosks here. There is a super club (jadore club) which is next to here, and then ladadika which is a bare/cub area another 5/10 min from here. You could stay near ladadika if you wanted to be closer to the clubs.

Day game: I didn’t see that many girls if im honest, I remember walking around and not finding anything to approach for 30 ish minutes often. Girls can be nice and dress well, knee high boots seems to be big greek fashion. I day gamed around aristotelous square where there is decent foot traffic, and around mitropoleous. I just looked on google maps for foot traffic areas (yellow shaded areas). All girls speak English. Old people speak English too.

Gutter game works well as people eat out v late – 10/11pm.

Night game: Very weird. Its all table service / bar service, a guy greets you then takes you to a part of the club/bar, and then this is your “spot”, I didn’t know at first and tried to move around to get told “hey this is your spot you stay here” people aren’t allowed to move… also no groups are talking to other groups, loosk like people are just there to be seen, doesn’t look like people are having fun or dancing, I see girls singing greek songs on snapchat to there friends. Nobodies really dirnking and also there are bartenders all over the club so nobody has to go to a bar. No smoking areas. I was on my own so you could see how severly limited I was in the clubs.

My tip: done go in the clubs, gutter game outside them, this is where I met most people and I went into clubs with groups of girls that I had met outside.

Clubs are open until late: 5/6 am.

Jadore club: big club, plays hip hop 1 hour then techno the next hour, repeats. They also have a show in the center of the club at certain time with sexy dancers.

Ladadika: club and bar district if you like, some of the bars are pretty small around here, clubs are smaller too, high foot traffic.

I stuck with jadore, did some club hopping the first night to feel things out.

Girls: mostly brunette, well dressed, would say better looking ones around 6-6.5 range, saw maybe a handful of 7 the whole trip.

Other: food is great, seafood is great, I had seafood paella everyday down side streets off the main square.

Guys are good looking here. Well built.

Everyone speaks English including old taxi drivers

Very friendly people, bartenders, people on nights out, taxi drivers, all keen to hear why you’re there. Lots of restauaants would give me free desert.

People were in very good spirits, dancing in the street at night.

Place is pretty run down, looked like the slums.

Go to the roof of the Electra palace, great views, I went here everyday for coffee.

Note to self: do datasheets quicker so fresh in mind, take notes on trip to remember club and exact details.

Sorry I wish I could remember all the details but ill do a better job next time, Im not a fan of Thessaloniki, what are others experiences on mainland Greece?

So all the clubs you mentioned have this weird table thing? I remember that from places in Serbia and other Balkans, also in Ukraine bars. Total dealbreaker
