Western European Girls vs. Eastern European Girls

Hello everyone I'd search for this topic and since I couldn't find it I felt this subject was needed.

I guess this time is as good as any to thank everyone for their advice on the questions I had about Ukraine.

Yes, Poland for a 30's Latino I feel definitely would be the better choice after all I've read in the last few months. (Specially after reading MiXX's posts on Racism againts Latino's like in Russia)
Although I gotta say after joining mamba.ru and checking out the quality in Latvia. I WILL BE MAKING THAT SIDE TRIP.
Just wonder how they'll perceive and Americanized Latino??

My trip is scheduled as follows.

May 2012:

Arrive to the UK direct flight Las Vegas to Gatwick (via Virgin Atl.)
Stay and do sight seeing in London/South England for two weeks.
Take the Eurotunnel to Paris for a week.

JUNE:

Arrive to Poland from France one week prior to the first Eurocup 2012 match and start fishing.
I already started making some social contacts on mamba.ru and vkontakte.ru to have girls and their friends hopefully waiting for me(more feedback on these websites would be appreciated)

We'll follow my Team (Spain) Thought Poland and Ukraine (hopefully getting to know the smaller towns of these countries during the days between matches) Believe me ""I GOT THE PART OF "DON'T GO TO CAPITALS, AVOID BIG CITIES"" This is drilled in my head. Thanks everyone!

JULY:

I will make that side trip to Latvia just because I've heard so much positive feedback about that country and I've seeing SOME gorgeous 10's online who seem down to earth real girls (hopefully I'm not proven wrong)

Depending how everything goes in Latvia I expect to be in Prague by the end of the month to start looking at properties to buy. 2 bed in old town.
I KNOW, I KNOW, THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IN EE. But hear me out before thinking me I haven't being listening.... This I can always use as a vacation rental because of the line of work I'm in.
And will allow me to use as temp housing in EE when I move there. A sort of base of operations from where to decide "WHERE IN EE" I want to settle. Yes guys, just like rudebwoy I've made my choice. I'm leaving the USA.

AUGUST:

Return to USA and tight up all loose ends before relocating to EE.

Once again guys thanks, All the advice has being priceless since I've both learned allot and reinforced what I already knew.
Also I'm contemplating the idea of opening a Salsa studio in Poland since the cultural interest is so high there. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

On what basis would you apply for a residence visa?

Even if you open a business, I think it requires a certain minimum investment.

I don't even know where to get started, man... Not talking about the girls - that's fine. But buying property and starting a business? You have to think twice about that.
How will you get a mortgage - the interest rates are not 4% like in the US. Think more like 8%. And you will have trouble proving income, etc. Might just have to pay cash. But properties in EE have pretty low yields. Look at what it costs vs. what it will bring when you rent it out - you will NOT be happy with the ROI.
As for starting a business, especially a salsa studio - there are already a lot of these in most EE cities, and it's a fad that comes and goes. You may have a season or two with full classes, and then have things fade off... And even when classes are full, what do you think the local people can afford to pay? It's not a money maker and I don't know people who got rich doing that - and I live in EE myself.
My advice would be to keep things non-committal during this trip (your first, I understand) and only if you are absolutely sure you want to do this, then starting to do some real research before you jump in.

Uk it the worst representation for Western european, I barely consider them europeans, they behave more like Americans or any other anglosphere people than continental europeans/scandinavians..

ManAbout, you bring up a very good point. I guess at first I would just max out my tourist stay. Anyways I don't intend to abandoned the US altogether, since my LLC is based here. I know some people who have being doing this for years. Living in EU for half a year and the US the other.

Every time I've being to EU I've being granted a 6 month tourist stay, So I though this I would do until I'm convinced I want to pursue a EU residency and I've done enough research on what the best course of action would be to achieve this.
