Monaco Datasheet - By Boris

As we all know, Monaco is one of the richest places in the world, and in the summer it is indeed filled with wealthy Ferrari driving guys (usually older) along with younger wannabe ballers and predatory, sponsor seeking women (mostly beautiful Slavs). As a regular guy, you might therefore assume that Monaco would be a terrible place to meet women, but in fact it isn’t. I went there at the end of the summer and had a right laugh.

The whole concept of ‘game’ as I see it is based around the ability to attract women based upon personality and skill rather than relying upon wealth or good looks, the idea being that even the most beautiful or ruthless woman is not impervious to charm, whether it takes the form of natural charisma or is manufactured via the use of game. Monaco is therefore the perfect place to test whether this is actually true or if money wins over game every time when it comes to the hottest women who know their value…

Go in the summer and you will meet some of the best looking girls in the world. Only Moscow can rival it if you like that type. There are lots of couples and families who come here but also plenty of sponsor seeking slavics (SSSs) looking to bag a billionaire who are often sharing cheaper accommodation outside Monaco and are extremely receptive to being gamed, particularly if you are staying in Monte Carlo itself.

Unsurprisingly, the main issue you will face here is that many of the girls are hardcore pros who will demand eye watering fees for their services and may well not reveal to you their intentions until you have wasted a lot of time trying to game them. However, if you’re into shoring, this is your place… the hedonistic atmosphere of the clubs puts everyone in the party mood and truly anything can happen here…

Getting down to the details, I highly recommend dropping a bit of cash and staying at the Fairmont Hotel as it has more of a party vibe than some of the more classic hotels, with a big casino, Nikki beach club on the roof, on site Nobu and is across the street from Buddha Bar. The rooms are only average inside, but the facilities are great. If you want to arrive in style you can get a helicopter from Nice airport which isn’t as pricey as you might think, massively cuts down the transfer time and will do wonders for your Instagram game [Image: smile.gif]

Don’t get me wrong, you can easily save money and cut corners whilst still enjoying the nightlife e.g. by staying at an Airbnb, pre-drinking alcohol etc. There’s even a McDonalds in Monte Carlo ffs, although Uber is banned. But that kinda defeats the object of coming here in my opinion.

As Monaco is tiny and there aren’t that many places to visit, you can bounce between the nightlife places multiple times and I don’t recall ever being charged to get in anywhere apart from the shitty casino.

So onto the sights…

Casino Square
This is the only casino I have ever been to in the world that charges you to get in, but I guess it is to deter the huge tour groups who come into Monte Carlo on day trips. You can get in as far as the slots section where you are permitted to enter for free and have a nose around but it’s dull, fusty and really not that impressive at all so avoid it. There is plenty of outdoor seating at the bars in the square and plenty of opportunities to game here. Wall to wall parked Bentley’s abound… 1/10

Nikki Beach
On the top of Fairmont hotel and looks pretty nice, usual Nikki beach pool party setup with pumping music throughout the day. Plenty of nice chicks being bought champagne by their beta sponsors. Gets really crowded with a weird mix of people as it’s the only pool for the entire hotel which gives it a bit of an odd vibe. 6/10

Jimmyz
Large nightclub slightly further away than the other venues, billed as 'the greatest club in the world' hmmm not so sure about that but it is still a very good club. Reminded me a bit of Club XS in Vegas, really wasn’t expecting it to be as big as it was. Has an outside bar and a main dance arena with table zones around the outside and a VIP section on a sort of a stage that we briefly invaded. There is a tiny river running between the outside terrace and the main arena and at one surreal point in the evening a girl dressed as a captain appeared on a small boat and proceeded to chug up and down on it whilst waving at the bemused patrons. Loved this place, got absolutely packed with young Russian girls and older douchey guys a la Moscow. Great ratio all night. Perfect! 9/10

Twiga
Mostly outdoor terrace venue. Set up and clientele reminded me a bit of Oblaka in Moscow if you’ve ever been there, i.e pretty trashy shisha smoking chicks and their goon male companions. The bar area is tiny so make sure you either have a table or are able to blag your way into the tables section or it will be a complete waste of time. There is no real dance floor, people just dance between the tables but maybe it was the nights we visited, as it seems to get plenty of top name DJs visiting. Recommended though as (like all places in Monaco) it is full of chicks. After closing people lurk outside in the street, so gutter game can be very effective here, and there is a nearby 24hr restaurant in the Fairmont with an impressive balcony overlooking the sea to lure them to. 8/10

Sass Cafe
Sass is a smallish restaurant that turns into a club later on. This place is notorious for being full of Slavic and Brazilian pros apparently and indeed there were certainly some characters there. Inside there is a small and rather dingy bar and dance floor area with more normal girls. Extremely sleazy and small but was mightily entertaining, think it’s open until 5am. 8/10

Buddha Bar
Impressive looking venue from the outside, good sushi, interior the same as every other Buddha bar in the world. Nice terrace outside where you can watch the comings and goings, plus a large bar inside with DJ and tables above. Not exactly jumping but relatively low sound levels thus decent for gaming. Much less of the pro contingent, pretty civilised and nice. Start your evening here. 8/10

Baoli
This isn’t in Monaco it is actually in Cannes, and is a huge restaurant and club. The difference between Monte Carlo and Cannes is huge, Cannes is far more ‘normal’ but I think verges on the trashy and chavvy frankly and doesn’t deserve its chic image at all in my opinion. Monaco is clean and safe whereas Cannes is full of homeless people and French / British chavs. Baoli is a lovely venue with decent outside space and is a younger scene than Jimmyz or Twiga but the ratios were far worse, this was a real sausage fest by about 2am, and I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again. 7/10

If you’re younger and want a more normal experience in South of France check out St Tropez. It has younger girls, is quite glamorous, has some decent clubs and plenty of hot chicks. But frankly if I was looking for that scene I would stick to Ibiza which for me has way more choice of places to go.

Overall, if you’ve ever considered checking out Monaco and are comfortable being surrounded by billionaires, fakers, douchebags and Russian chicks with dubious intentions then give it a go, it is the kind of zoo that everyone should see once in their lives. I intend to go back this summer, so if anyone has any updates or (even better) lives there permanently, give me a shout.

Monaco is kind of a zoo. Boatloads of cruise ship tourists gawking at rich people. I'm wondering how long it can last if the refugee crisis can't be contained. It doesn't take much to overrun such a place and they can only defend themselves against discrete criminals.

Unless you have tons of cash to splash it's always best to stay in places where your means are at least slightly above average, otherwise you'll get suckered into compensatory mindset where you spend more than you'd normally would just not to seem like a loser. Hypergamy is very real.

Malta as the poor man's Monaco is much more advisable for people of average means that aren't looking to be around gold diggers and sharks.

These hoes are incredible.

I'm sure they have their own equivalent to RVF for trips like that.

Few deliver this kind of actionable advice on high-end spots.

Make yourself known when you head to Moscow again. We'll do dinner and drinks at the latest Novikov hangout.

I went there 2 years ago with a girl I picked up from Cannes. We ended up going to Cipriani in Monaco, bill was like €600.
