Yeah jawline exercises work. Just do a YouTube search. Also exercises that englarge the neck will make the jawline more pronounced.

I started training my neck to help with grappling, but found that it made my jawline noticeably tighter, specially under the chin.

Neck bridges are a staple for fighters but they offer more risk than other exercises that still work well. I prefer neck curls lying down using plates, or standing up with an elastic band tied to a post.

In terms of jawline, Carole Maggio's book facercise goes through exercise to stretch the cords of the neck and to work the small muscles in the face. her system bases itself on the fact that small muscles in the face can be exercised in the same way as muscles in the body.

Apparently the boxer Jack Dempsey used to chew wood chips in order to strengthen his jaw.

Lift: Building a thicker neck and lower body fat percentage will help the jawline stand out

Posture: Holding your head a bit higher makes your jaw a bit more pronounced and you appear more confident.

Chew gum: increases the size of the muscles surrounding the jaw. Be weary of the risk for tmj disorder though.

Facial hair: No explanation should be necessary.

Yes, I was very surprised to see all the responses suggesting that you can specifically train the jawline. I mean, I don't claim to know everything so maybe you can but overall I'd say it's like when someone asks about improving any other body part: just train the whole body with a proper diet, don't try to target one area.

Won't actually grow your jawline but using your stubble to contour jawline does have quite an obvious effect.

I do a proper wet shave below my jawline and keep it smooth and follow my jaw line at all times basically and then I just do a dry shave above and keep a sort of permanent 5 o'clock shadow.

I wouldn't consider any plastic surgery myself. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you were born more or less deformed (girl with absolutely NO tits, guy or girl with freakishly big nose, etc). There can be all kinds of complications that make you regret it.

If your jawline is just kind of weak just lift and eat right to get to your genetic maximum and compensate with good game.

Jawline surgery is not a great option. It's more likely to cause complications down the road and quite an intrusive operation. It will take a long chunk out of your life until things are back to normal.

Filler like radiesse in the cheeks or jawline, cheek implants, buccal fat pad removal, neck lipo can help facial aesthetics and the relative appearance of the jaw.

Only thing I've gotten is 3cc of radiesse in the cheeks and it's done a nice subtle job ( might need around 5cc for a more popping effect). Problem is the treatment will cost at least $550 a year for just the 3cc.

When you consider jaw surgery cost and likeliness of complications, the time spent recovering, fillers aren't such a bad deal as they seem.

I've only had it done once about a year ago, and will consider doing 6cc in the cheek and jaw area, maybe widen the chin.

Getting in better physical condition, losing fat in the face is very important for facial aesthetics as the cheeks and jaw will pop out more.

Where did you get fillers placed exactly? How does the filler area feel when you touch it? I doubt there is a good method to create high and wide cheekbones for men.

Chewing gum religiously works for increasing jaw width (muscle that is attached to lower jaw increases). No guarantee it will be symmetric or that you won't develop jaw problems like TMJ.

As for other exercises, generally bone structure dictates how good looking your face is. No exercise in the world will magically grow bone in select areas.
