Dating an animal lover?

I am not talking about a girl with one dog... I am talking about one with multiple pets (like dogs, cats, hamsters, birds, etc).
Anyone ever have experience with that? A girl I recently pulled didn't come off originally as Animal Planet, but my first trip to the house made me reconsider the length of this fling.

It's become a big red flag for me. Kind of a catch 22 for dating, she's gonna love her dog more than she loves you - at least initially, and if she doesn't and is a shitty pet owner that's even worse.
More than 1 animal, forget it, bitch has issues. If she enjoys the company of animals more than people she has some deep seated social issues, proceed at your own risk.

My niece is "one of those", and she's batshit crazy. She even went so far as to raise a baby raccoon in her house, my God the smell!
How many are we talking about here? If you've got more than 3 in a 1000 sq foot house then I'd say red flag.

If the home is kept clean, and the animals are trained to be well-behaved, what's the problem?

I suppose it's alright as long as she knows the direction to the nearest pet shop.

You're probably focusing on the wrong cues, if you find more than one jare of peanut butter I would advise you to run without a second thought...
Tell them too much, they wouldn't understand; tell them what they know, they would yawn.
They have to move up by responding to challenges, not too easy not too hard, until they paused at what they always think is the end of the road for all time instead of a momentary break in an endless upward spiral

Just realize that this person has some sort of imbalance, either mental or emotional, and they are trying to fill it with these pets. The imbalance might be minor and temporary or permanent and serious. So proceed cautiously. Hit it and quit it.
Of course, they might just have a big heart and no avenue to challenge that passion. That is often why women who are crazy in the head are crazy in bed.

Any girl with more than 2+ cats has never been worth it for more than a fuck. Just saying.

After becoming single 6 months ago, I will no longer date a woman who has an animal.
I will fuck women that have them, but I will never get into another relationship with one.
My ex and I dated for a little over a year and a half. The first 5 or 6 months were great. Then, she HAD to have a dog.
She was still living with her parents at the time, so they were kind of up for it since their family dog died a couple months prior.
So, her father finally caved and went to pick out a dog. She got it, there went our relationship.
I immediately became second fiddle to the dog. We rarely were able to stay together more than a night because her mom would constantly call her and tell her about the dog.
The dog was a complete shit. It was not trained, was not disciplined, and constantly barked and pissed and shit all over their house. That dog pissed on me 5 times. Fucking hated it.
I told her outright that this dog would not be a great thing for our relationship. She said one day a week visits would only last a few months until the dog was trained...lies. The rest of the relationship consisted of her coming to my apartment on a Saturday afternoon, and leaving Sunday in the morning.
She kept talking about not having money to move out and how she's in debt. Well then she should have thought about that before she bought a dog.
My ex also had the audacity to tell me how she wants to do grad school after she gets her own place, and wants me to watch the dog while she studies.
That shit wasn't going to fly.
The relationship eventually ended. I put up with a ton of her shit just because I thought the relationship would improve. That dog wasn't going anywhere any time soon so I didn't want to waste my time as well as have my future house destroyed because she couldn't keep her dog in check.
A shitty dog is a reflection of a shitty owner. Tread cautiously if you decide to get into a relationship with a pet owner.

lol, reminds me of a friend. He meets a chick online, invites her over, she shows up with her dog who proceeds to leave a present for him in his yard. He eventually turned her out, so it was worth the investment, but another slightly crazy one.
