What are some good cities to visit once winter hits America? South America is certainly a good option, but looking to go elsewhere this time. Any suggestions?

Southern Hemisphere. In Europe only Malta and the Canaries.

L.A., Miami, Honolulu, San Diego and San Juan have the mildest winters if you intend to stay in U.S. territory from December to February.

Panama City, Pa can be nice for 1-2 weeks. It's dry season.
South East Asia it's dryer but hot AF. Bangkok is best overall city. Best for women is Jakarta.
I was working in the US last two years and used the opportunity to go to Hawaii in the winters. More expensive than South America but very beautiful and all the islands are different.
