So a little about me... A few years ago I started to get into game after reading Neil Strauss's *The Game* (the gateway drug for most of us) and then went a little deeper with Roosh's *Bang* and Mark Manson's *Models*. I only really started scratching the surface and then I met a girl and was in a long term relationship for 2 1/2 years, got comfortable until 2 months ago it turned out she was a lying sack of sh*t so I ditched her. I've always read RoK and lurked the forums so i probably should've seen it coming but alas... Red flags just look like flags when you wear rose coloured glasses...

Last weekend I was in Krakow and pulled a hot Irish girl (she approached me for f**ks sake!) yet somehow I managed to completely f**k it. Admittedly I'm a little rusty and was hardly Mystery to begin with but f**king hell! It really p*ssed me off. So needless to say I need to pull my sh*t together and do this - it's now or never. I need to up my game.

As for me I'm told I'm good looking, take my lifting very seriously (competed at a national show here in the UK earlier this year) and I have a decent job (IB). If there's any guys on the forums based in Essex or London I need to start hitting the town and approaching. My problem has always been the approach (the most critical part!).

I'm really looking forward to hearing from people with thier advice for me and taking an active role here on the forums!

Just be patient with yourself, mistakes will be made, lessons learned. As long as you don't give up, you will move forward to a better life.

Online dating will get you girls if you lack confidence to approach, and once you get a bit of experience you will not fear the approach, especially if you are good looking and lift.

Thanks for the encouragement Rat - I think, like anything, practice makes perfect. Another issue is that I find myself a single man when all my male friends are in LTRs, getting married and having kids. I only really have two single friends, one who is a recluse though the other, to be fair, is pretty damn charismatic. I might hit him up as my wing and hit London Town.

It's like anything else : as your skills improve your performance improves and then your results.

Get out there looking to expand your male friend circle I would - at the same time the more you can handle game on your own without wing men the more resources you will develop.

I really want to limit my use of online dating in the first instance since

a) I met my ex on there and she was all kinds of crazy and I think that’s a reflection of the Calibur of women you’ll get on there - broken nut cases (but then all girls are at least a 4/10 crazy...)

b) you have access to better quality women looks-wise on the field.
