This year I:

1. Started an online biz (in August) that seems to be gaining traction.
2. Moved into a new sales role in a growing lucrative industry.... can be very high paying.
3. Am entertaining an offer in another industry to be in a revenue generating role at a big organization.

Also finish paying off student loans (so I can actually start saving now seriously). Not considering a house yet because I move every 2 years or so.

I also lost some in the market but that's a different story.

What did you guys do to get ahead this year?

1. Bought a Condo instead of renting.
2. Started putting about 20% of my paycheck into my Coinbase account every week.
3. Dramatically decreased my drinking following a couple of really stupid nights and one apocalyptic hangover. Haven't gotten even close to drunk in 5 weeks.

1. Kill off my nicotine addiction to save money
2. Started messing around with shopify
3. Researching stocks a lot more

[Kurgan]

1. Got back on MyFitnessPal at the end of August and so far lost 10 pounds
2. Build my savings back up to get to a good goal
3. Enrolled in grad school for accounting to get into a different skill set
4. Feel much better all around
