Daygame in Long Beach, CA

I'm looking at purchasing a condo in Long Beach (investment but initially primary residence). I've spent the past few years downtown LA and I absolutely love it here; on any given day I can go out and within an hour or two be on a date with an 8+ (I'm into Asian chicks). It's massively abundant and diverse (age, ethnicity, profession). Probably the best place on earth for the type of women I'm into and how I approach them.

I know Long Beach won't have the volume, but if my thing is daytime approaches, where would I fare best? DTLA I just do laps around fig/7th, sometimes chill at the starbucks by target and just wait for someone cute to walk by (usually happens once every few minutes during the week). Is there anything comparable in DTLB or anywhere in Long Beach? Where do the CSULB chicks hang out and do their shopping? Is the campus accessible?

Any tips would be much appreciated - thanks all.

I've checked out CSULB and at least for my tastes, nothing extra special. DTLA is better but again, go to Honolulu Kalakaua. Trust me, you'll laugh at LA after spending one day there

For Long Beach specific info, it has a lot of gay ppl. Near the movie theatre in afternoons, there is SOME action but barely anything.

Invest in your happiness instead of a condo where you'll be starving

Thanks for this. Love HI but I need to be continental unfortunately. I spent yesterday in Long Beach with a FB and didn't see much at all - we did the touristy Yardhouse area by the marina. Definitely not as abundant with what I'm looking for, but it might be my best option stateside...
