Yes, asking for her phone number is being criminalized

https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/4506566/fr...er-sexism/

Quote:Quote:

The crackdown comes after surveys show virtually all French women have been harassed on public transport, in the street or elsewhere at some time.

France’s new leader, President Emmanuel Macron, has pledged to end this during his election campaign this year.

Only a few countries, including Belgium and Portugal, have banned such behaviour.

The UK and others have broader laws against harassment in general but none so specific.

Some lawyers believe men should only be prosecuted when police officers witness an offence.

Others say women should be able to file criminal lawsuits against offenders at a later date.

At a LATER date? So you ask a girl for her number after chatting her up, on Monday. Tuesday, she's telling her feminist fat friend about the conversation and the FFF convinces her that you are "creepy."

She files charges, and your defense is... what?

Harassed? Back in my day you'd be hard pressed to call this harassment...

Does this have anything to do with immigrants, or is that too much to hope? Given the way French women vote, it's a rhetorical question.

Guys need to chillax whenever they read an "apocalyptic" article from site like The Sun or the Atlantic

Especially if it comes from France. You know the numbers of laws that have been proposed or promised in this country vs how many that actually get passed?

The French being French always complain about everything, especially French women. For what it's worth I've never ever heard of false rape accusation in my 3+ years in Paris, despite French chicks claiming harrasment at every breathing moment. Below is why:

I laughed so hard at "filing a law suit". Good luck doing that in France. If you are lucky it takes 6 months - 1 year. The legal system is waayyyy overbloated. It's not like in USA where a chick feeling bored can just decide to file charges.

Here you either go to a public prosecutor (good luck getting an appointment) who will mostly already be way overwhelmed with shit and will refuse to pursue any action. Or you pay a lawyer upfront. And it costs waayyyy more relatively to the already exhorbitant price in US. Most chicks cant even pay their rent without their parents.

Quoting from the article: "Gilles-William Goldnadel, a lawyer, accused Ms Schiappa of seeking to outlaw "heavy Latin chat-up lines".

He said the only consequences of the law would be to enrich feminist lawyers and to clog up the court system."

Of course white knighting exists and if there are beta cops /secu around they will make your life hell but that's that.

In France reputation is a really huge thing and people dont throw charges around easily.

UPDATE: ok, dig around the Internet for a while. Just as I expected, even though false rape accusations are generally very rare, French guys already get their knickers in a bunch about that. I said here several times that French libtard guys can be much bitchier than their women with an even worse snowflake syndrome. I've seen French guys verbally outbitch their women all the time.

That's why French women remains fairly feminine despite this being one of the most feminist friendly countries. The migrant crisis might affect that, but we will see.

Nothing new here.

Woman bragging about how attractive she is. My life is so difficult. Men can't resist me.

This is how Mz Schiappa, Under Secretary for gender equality dresses because she wants to be left alone.

So she had to propose a little legislation? She got the attention she wanted.

The "harassment" is almost certainly coming solely from Muslims and migrants.

If this law is passed, they'll ignore it, and women will be reluctant to press charges against them out of fear of being seen as "racist" or "Islamophobic."

Only white French men will be prosecuted under the law, and this will have the effect of making them more timid and making Muslims/migrants more bold.

Just another day in a dying white country...

This is a woman with the hormone profile of a 17-year-old quarterback who accidentally used his dad's TRT cream as sunscreen during the family's summer trip to Florida. She can't NOT fuck anything that offers her a 'heavy Latin pickup line', and she just can't stand it.

She's a freakin globalist degenerate, she wrote porn novels under a pseudonym, and sex manuals under her real name.

Goldnadel, the outraged activist lawyer, is one of those 50-100 globalist personalities that monopolize French media and are always on TV. He's behind Rothschild tool Macron, but pretends to be conservative and will play that role in the media, shutting out real French patriots, sort of like a French Ben Shapiro. He's fake opposition, the right-ish wing of French globalists.

Never heard about the guy before, Did a google search and it turned out the guy is a french-isrraeli. A Jew promoted by the establishment media denouncing white racism? Too good to be true!

Her cankles + those shoes makes her look like she has hooves. However, I think that was intentional given the horse face she was 'blessed' with.

"The crackdown comes after surveys show virtually all French women have been harassed on public transport, in the street or elsewhere at some time."

Seems like it`s the typical pattern of; create problems by Government actions, (migrants harrasing women)then use as pretext to erode western liberties. All too predictable by now.

What's your take on here on Ben Shapiro? I know he opposed Trump, but so did a lot of other "conservatives". Do you really think it's something nefarious?

And this has nothing to do with the female inclination to complain about little shit when given the chance?

I'm still trying to figure out how to blame this on the Jews. Looks like another guy tried immigrants, that didn't work.

Western birth rate = 1.6
Western birth rate + #metoo = 1.0
Western birth rate + #metoo + asking for a girls number = 0

There was an article saying 90% of British teens think asking a girl out is sexual harassment. I hate to say it but Islam is the future in Western countries (3.2) [Image: sad.gif][Image: sad.gif][Image: sad.gif][Image: sad.gif]

It`s hard to estimate the current Western (white) nations birth rate. It was 1.58 in the Eurozone per 2015. If you look at pretty much all represented countries, it has fallen significantly since then. Scandinavian nations where among the highest in Europe, but has really dropped in the last two years. (Norway is falling like a rock.)

But of course, the fertility rate is not broken down by race/ethnicity. If it was, a lot of people would probably panic. So the real fertility rate for white women in Europe is significantly lower than the official number. If you estimate the reduction from 2015+exlude the non-Western women with a much higher fertility rate...my guess would be something like 1.3-1.4 in Europe as a whole. And it`s trending down towards 1 child per woman, in which case you will cut the population in half in just one generation. (roughly 25 years) Not really a problem in and of itself. The planet is overcrowded after all. The problem is that we are being replaced!

We will stomp to the top with the wind in our teeth.

Average age of an African woman - 18.

Average age of a French woman - 40.

I wonder if this is why white women of fecund ages are beginning to feel too much as ‘prizes’ because of their decreasing demographic share of dying society.

Presumably it’s more acceptable for a teacher in her fourth decade of life to groom a boy to become her paramour against his parents’ wishes?
