OP, I respect your loyalty to your wife, but I would like to ask you 2 serious questions:
1) Does your wife love you?
2) What evidence do you have to support your answer to 1)?
I think we should know why you are staying with this woman? If she loves you, I don't see any reason why she can't change for your sake and help you save money. If she doesn't love you (i.e. she's not willing to change her spending for your sake and for the sake of the team) then why are you punishing yourself by being with her?
You've brushed off every suggestion to 'ditch the wife', let's clarify whether this wife of yours really is worth sticking to. If she is a worthy wife, then her spending habits may just be a shit test and you need to take the lead in the relationship and use some game to get her back into a follower role.
Your wife should be on your team, not poking holes in your financial boat.

If half your income is going to bills, while interest and debt continue to accrue and grow ever larger, then it is time to seriously consider filing bankruptcy. See a good attorney who handles bankruptcy cases in your area.
I am not kidding--this is exactly what the "fresh start" of bankruptcy was made for. Otherwise, you will continue to fall down the hill of debt and end up much worse than if you had just filed earlier.

How did you end up overspending so much?
You're the closest thing to being on a fixed income while employed, so I don't understand how you could be in so much debt
Edit: Also, how the hell are you living in shit nowhere which sounds cheap as fuck, and your wife isn't pulling an income? Does she not work AND not have kids?

What branch of service are you in? What's your rank? I was in the Army and even the most junior enlisted married men were able to make it work as long as they didn't buy stupid cars and rent extravagant apartments. Hell, I have a brother-in-law who is an E6 living in expensive Virginia with a stay-at-home wife and SIX kids, and he lives very comfortably.
How much time is left on your contract? Going AWOL is utterly stupid. A dishonorable or other-than-honorable discharge will haunt you for the rest of your life by limiting your job options. You'd be way better off to suck it up and tough out the rest of your contract, no matter how distasteful you find the military.
It's a long shot, but you might look into Dave Ramsey's financial system (the Baby Steps and all that). It's not the most mathematically-sound system, but it's a behavior-based system that works for a lot of people who aren't financially literate and don't really care to be.
I doubt marriage counseling will be of any help, frankly. Counselors will invariably take the side of the woman, and lecture you on how you need to kiss her ass more, do more chores, be "patient" when she refuses to fuck, listen to her drone on about her non-existent problems, etc.
Oh, and Athol Kay (recommended above) is no longer a red-pill guy. He's purple-pill at best, and makes his money telling blue-pill men and women what they want to hear. Do an image search and take a look at his wife to see if he's someone who should be giving anyone advice on game. That said, his first book -- before he degenerated into money-grubbing feminine-primary garbage advice -- might be of some limited usefulness.

You are stuck so make the best of your current situation. Get promoted. If you are E-5 or before that's easy enough. Talk to your chain about what schools you need and stay on them. How much time do you have left on your contract?
Make sure you get documentation for all your injuries. Getting rated takes time. Sounds like you are chewed up so hopefully you can get 70% or better. Start figuring out what you want to do now before you get out. That way when you are finally separated, you can hit the ground running. If you are getting out within the next 12 months, get you cdl and move to West Texas. Probably one of the easiest ways to make 60k+ a year with no skills.
Take advantage of the free education now. Get what you can without having to use you post 9/11.
Figure out what you and your wife love about each other. Read the five love languages. That may help you both understand each other more. I wouldn't throw the marriage out. It can be salvaged. You married her for a reason. Unless it was for the money, try to make it work. There are many things you can do without spending cash.
Good luck. Let me know if you need anything.
The cycle of disrespect can start with just an appetizer.

I've calculated out that I can pay off about 1/3 of my debt before my theoretical separation date (which may change), so I'm working on setting up something (if not several somethings) to work on after I get out. Thinking moving to Nevada or Utah, not sure about West Texas, used to live near there and didn't like it that much.
I already have a degree and am commissioned so yeah I'm probably going to take some heat for not being enlisted but I got myself into this mess, minus my injuries, so I'm working on getting myself out.
I've tried all these online web-making schemes and all of them seem to be fake. The only other thing I've found to do in the meantime is what another poster on another thread mentioned to do, the amazon turk hits (human intelligence tasks) they don't pay much at all but doing a lot can earn some money. Does anyone else know of something like this? Something that may pay a but more?
My issue with not being able to work elsewhere is the breach of contract with the military, and they may think I'm malingering if I do that, which I'm not. I'd have to work for cash somewhere.

OP, go for a walk today until you see a house with an aging paintjob. Go up to the door and offer to give them a new paintjob.
Repeat as many time as necessary until you get as much work as you can handle in your free time.

Dude you're just making excuses for yourself. This is my first time in this thread but I was getting tired reading them near the end.
Don't like West Texas? Me neither, but it pays my bills and got me out of a yugeeeee hole. Read some of my posts from the past 12 months. Shit was depressing and desperate.
Set shit straight with your wife. She's either there to support you in these hard times...or GTFO and not be a burden. If she's spending money from the account, withdraw the money and put it in a safe place. Would you rather let her get pissed or would you rather be more broke?
Look up market studies around your area, another guy made a thread about it on her and I've made about a grand doing it. They send you a check or paypal you the money. 100 here, 250 there, 120 here. Those mock jury things work as well, 100-250 bucks to sit on your ass for 8-10 hours and get fed while listening to people.
Look up Craiglists Gigs section. A lot of quick gigs you can do like helping people move, clean their home, do errands, set up a stage, etc. I had a couple of recurring gigs from there. Made about 3-4K off there. They pay in cash or 1099 at times, mostly cash.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I read you're getting disability pay, what happened? Maybe this can limit some of the work you can do. There's Fiverr though, and staffing agencies.
