Thanks to Godzilla for the previous Tallinn data sheet, I used that for the base of this.
Where to stay
Old town should be your only option. As close to Raekoja square as possible. A one bedroom apartment on the square will set you back 1000 euros in peak season, less if you do long term. I paid 1000 euros for a two bedroom about 2 blocks from the square. Having a sauna or jacuzzi is definitely helpful.
Weather

Meh. According to locals the summer is getting cooler and the winter is getting warmer. By summer I mean a decent amount of rain and highs anywhere from 14-20. The sunny days feel pretty warm, but if I spent the winter in a cold ass place like this, I would be pretty disappointed to have the warmest day of the summer barely breaking 20. The one advantage is the nights don’t really get dark. Your 4:30am gutter game approaches are a bit less sketchy in that aspect, because it’s as light as most cities are at 4:30pm.
Bangs
Tallinn was one the easiest cities I have ever been to for bangs. One of the funniest things you can do here is ask a local girl what they think of Estonian men… the response 90% of the time is that they are “pussies.” The men here don’t approach nearly enough, get too drunk, and don’t stick up for their girlfriends the same way you would see in Serbia, Bulgaria, etc. Gutter game in old town is quite easy. I didn’t day game a ton, but when I did it was was pretty fruitful. The foreign factor is definitely helpful here, and age doesn’t seem to hurt you as much as it would in Western countries. I had two 40+ friends visit and they both had luck with under 25s. Another advantage is that although the girls will value foreigners higher, there isn’t a gold digging aspect like other FSU countries.
Personally, I pulled almost every night I went out looking tlo pull. The girls here almost all speak English, and although the beauty isn’t quite at Kiev levels, the English speaking combined with the tendency for ONSs makes nightlife quite a bit more enjoyable here. There also doesn't seem to be much of a stigma against 3somes, if you read my travel thread you'll know that by now.
It’s almost the perfect mix between the feminine countries and the feminists countries. Eventually I think the women are going to become more feminist, but for now it’s just a perfect dynamic of feminine women and weak men that behave like they would in feminist countries.
Speaking Russian will be an advantage here, as there is a small percentage of women were who are Estonian, but only speak Russian. There are also some Russian tourists here, but you’ll meet them more often in day game.
Things To Do
Old Town - The old town is charming. You can just wander the streets and enjoy the historic architecture, buskerers, and general vibe of the city.
Keila or Jagala waterfalls - A cool waterfall outside of the city.
![[Image: XjofAYO.png]](http://i.imgur.com/XjofAYO.png)
Maritime museum- a good look at the history of the port and ships in Tallinn
Pirita Beach- if you get a nice day, the beach should be pretty busy
Rope Swing at Tallinna Lauluvaljak- This is a fun date activity if you want to get adventurous. Basically you climb to the top of the amphitheatre and jump off on a free swinging rope. For me it was scarier than both paragliding and sky diving.
Day Game
If you walk from Raekoja square down into Viru Keskus and walk to the end of the mall, you can basically just go back and forth on that trek. Another option is go from the McDonalds to Freedom Square, then back to Raekoja. You see a handful of good 1 or 2 sets on this walk. In the summertime a decent amount of your approaches will end up being 16 y/o, especially in the mall, so watch out for that. A friend of mine gave me a great line with regards to that; he asks “Are you in university?” Basically asking age without directly doing so.
Tourists
Finnish
On the weekends the Finns come in for the cheap drinks. 4/14 lays in the month were Finnish. The girls that come down seems pretty keen to drink and hook up.
Aside from that, a few Brits, Germans, Americans, Spaniards, Russians and Aussies, but overall I was expecting it to be a lot more touristy than it was. The majority of the girls I met were Estonian.
I saw one stag party the entire time I was here as opposed to probably a dozen bachelorette parties, although they were mostly Russian.
Tinder Game
Group tinder was pretty successful here. Tinder isn’t really my cup of tea, but I had a ton of matches and my friend who has spent a significant of time here has done quite well on it. If you use it successfully in Western countries, you’ll probably find it to be a bit easier here.
Estonian Girls
Estonian girls are mostly blonde with blue eyes. The beauty isn’t quite as good as Ukraine, but if you are into asses you’ll find Estonia to be significantly better. From the people I met that have been to the other Baltic countries, they found Estonia to be better.
Roosh mentioned the hipster factor starting to flow over from Finland, also that the girls are becoming more obese. I’m not sure when the book was written but it is still a very small percentage, the girls are in good shape overall.
Nightlife
One note is that you have to be comfortable opening girls sitting at tables. This isn’t the case for the clubs, but for the bars it maybe be your only option aside from the smoking room.
Date spots:
Telliskivi is a great place to head for a date. It’s definitely a bit hipster, but it’s out of the old town and a bit more intimite. The area used to be a bad area, but it was turned into kind of an art zone and a bunch of cool restuarants and bars opened up here. I haven’t visited them all, but Rock Paper Scissors was a good meal, Pudel is an amazing craft beer bar and Shvips is a great wine bar.
Manna la Roosa- A nice outdoor patio, a bit expensive, but it sets the mood right.
Bars:
Uks Bar- Underground bar with karaoke on Monday nights and a beer pong table at all times. Shots are 6 for 6 euros. Not always teeming with women, but you might get lucky. At the least, it’s a good pregame spot.
Labor- On off-nights (Sun-Tue), this will probably be your best chance at picking up. It’s a chemistry themed bar where you buy shots 10 at a time in test tubes. Happy hour Sun-Thur goes til midnight and 10pm on the weekend… half priced shots during that. There are actually two Labors, one next to Nimeta/ Route 13, the other next to Hollywood, which is referred to as new Labor. I prefer the old one. The new one hosts a beer pong tournament on Thursdays.
![[Image: KAZ4ADi.png]](http://i.imgur.com/KAZ4ADi.png)
Nimeta/Route 13- Both these bars are pretty average, but worth checking out. Take a walk in, maybe grab a drink, then move on if there aren’t any sets to open.
Clubs:
Club Hollywood - The most consistently good club. Open Wed-Sat, with ladies night on Wednesday. I went here about 80% of the time. If your only goal is hooking up, just come to the benches outside Hollywood at about 2am and chat up girls as they are walking out. Probably 1/3rd of my pulls in Tallinn were either at Hollywood or outside Hollywood. My favorite spot for meeting girls inside was at the upstairs bar or in the upstairs smoking room.
![[Image: tUewLYd.png]](http://i.imgur.com/tUewLYd.png)
Club Studio - A little more relaxed than Hollywood. The previous data sheet mentioned it was an older crowd.. From what I’ve heard and experienced it’s the opposite.
Club Munt - $10 cover but only $1 drinks after. Not the best ratio, but like I mentioned, Estonian guys don’t have much for game. One experience here was when we approached 2 sitting at a table. The immediately said no, but we sat down anyway and when they found out we weren’t Estonian they were completely game with chatting.
Pada - Really cool, sociable outdoor venue. Wednesday nights at Pada are really popular. A bit more of a hipster crowd, but amazing talent. I never made it on the weekend, but I could see it being decent Friday/Saturday, but not on the level of Hollywood and a bit inconvenient since it’s a 10 minute walk from Old town.
Venus - Want to chase the night? It’s the only club in Tallinn open 7 days a week. Fun dance floor and they have sexy bartenders and go go dancers. Not the worst last resort, but not a priority.
The I don't want the night to end and I want to meet late night coke whores and maybe get lucky bar:
Cafe VS- Open til like 10am. I think the description above is enough.
Pub Crawls:
There are two party hostels in town. Monk’s Bunk and Red Emperor. They both run pub crawls Wed-Sat. These will be cockfests, but there are some advantages. Cost is 15 euros, but you get free entry into Hollywood (8-10 euros normally). With the Monk’s Bunk one you get a free hour of beer/cider and shots at each bar. Red Emperor you get a free beer and free shots at each bar. The ratio for RE will be better, especially in the school season when the Erasmus students are in town. Monk’s Bunk will be a bit more fun. Have of the pub crawls I went on I ended up just staying with a girl I met and either riding it out all night with her, or meeting the pub crawl at the club later in the night.
What your ideal week looks like:
Sunday- Old Labor/ Nimeta/ Route 13
Monday- Karaoke at either Red Emperor or Uks
Tuesday- Monks Bunk beer pong tournament, then Old Labor/Nimeta/Route 13
Wednesday- Club Hollywood or Pada(summer)
Thursday/Fri/Sat- Everywhere should be pretty busy
Final Numbers:
14 Lays in 30 days - 9 Estonian, 4 Finnish, and one Middle Eastern
And no Tallinn datasheet would be complete if it didn't finish with the most famous Estonian musician (who I finally met my last day here)
