Brazilian attitudes in Asia or E Europe

Brazilian attitudes in Asia or E Europe

I want to preface this with I am a guy who has worked the oil sands in Canada bouncing back between Edmonton and Vancouver for a few years. Later the oil and gas brought me to places throughout Latin America where gas was plenty. I lived and worked in Venezuela, Ecuador, out on the coast of Brazil, up to Trinidad and even Denver. In the end, Latin America is a second home to me. Some how I got into sales of the engineering equipment that we used on the job sites and now I continue hopping from island to island, country to country, all based out of the 305 aka Miami. I hate it here, and I'm ready to move and travel.

Of all the places in Latin America I like, I mean a lot, it's Brazil and their attitudes. I'm going to miss it, but I'm ready to see Asia or Eastern Europe but the key is that I would like to find a country in those regions that share those same Brazilian characteristics. Is there such a pot of gold?

I'm checking out of Miami, ASAP, apartment is on the market.

I read before going to Romania it was like the Brazil of EE. Most likely because Romanian girls often have long dark hair and nice asses.

I have never been to Brazil. I could see some characteristics in the way Romanians seem to be pretty social in large mixed groups out at cafes or bars, and in conversation there was a certain warmth & friendliness, nothing like my conversations with Brazilians in the U.S. though. Romanians still have a palpable EE reservedness about them when you first get to know them.

I don't think you will find anything close in EE to that sort of warmth. I am guessing somewhere like the Phillipines is as close as you would ever get.

I have visited Colombia as a country with the closest culture to Brazil I have ever experienced and Romania is nowhere close to either in terms of culture similarity.

I doubt any of E Europe can be compared to Brazil but Romania might be the closest.

OP, you have all this experience in Brazil yet you still manage to refer a general 'Brazilian attitude' and 'Brazilian characteristics' as if such things, in a country as diverse as Brazil, actually existed?

I'll assume you're referring to the grass-smoking, laid-back and friendly beach-dweller types one would see in Ipanema, in which case I'd recommend you check out Bulgaria and Montenegro.

I'll look into those places. Seems Asia is out which I wish wasn't the case. Dated quite a few Chinese chicks in Vancouver.

It's easy to generalize about Brazil, but if you've been around Braziillians much, no matter if it's Recife, Rio, SP, BH, even the south, they have a great attitude towards life. A good mix of work, play, and just enjoy the life we given.

3 showings today on the place, cash in hand, out soon.

Can't go wrong with SEA that place is a party. Filipina chicks have pretty warm, nice attitudes like was mentioned. I'm in the oil sands right now killing time until my next vacation. Getting a job in latin America in the industry sounds like an amazing opportunity. Better step up my Spanish game
