I'm not sure if this appropriate on the forums. If it's not, lock this shit up.

Otherwise, I'm looking to find/make/obtain a fake idea for clubs in san francisco. 21 I.D.


Anyone have advice or even know where I can get one?

I'm sure you know of someone who is already 21. If they are cool with it, take their birth certificate and social security card and head over to another state. Walk into the DMV and ask for a photo id. Give them your stats (height, weight, hair color, etc.) and a made up address. It will only run you around ten dollars and is completely foolproof. Don't get caught with it though, you could definitely get charged with a felony. I got lucky with mine and convinced the cops it was my brother, so I only got a false representation misdemeanor.

A less risky way is to find someone who you look like. This is hard and has a good chance of getting rejected at the nicer clubs.

I have also had a computer made one where I sent an email with a picture and the information I wanted to someone who makes them. If you are around a college campus ask around and someone's going to hand out an email address. These IDs are going to run you around $80 or more. The biggest problem is most of them look pretty fake and don't have a hologram. I never got rejected when I left it in the clear pocket in my wallet. However, once they ask you to take it out it's game over.

Obviously, having a fake Id is illegal and every bar and liquor store's looking out for them. Just be smart when you use it. Make strong eye contact and act like you're of age. If you look nervous and scared they are going to reject you every time.

Most DMV databases are interconnected now in the United States. You may not get caught right away, but eventually it will be found.

ID's are a lot more complex than they were when I needed a fake.. (10 years ago)

I went to a 'flea market' and had some Asians do it. They had a novelty id set up.. it was pretty shady. I don't think I would ever try to get a real ID made. Unless you totally look like a friend and he gives you his and goes to get a new one saying that he lost his old one.

My friend is a bouncer. They have handheld ID Scanners now at bars and clubs.
It links up to a server wirelessly and validates if the ID is real and over 21.

Not worth the risk.

If I'm not mistaken, that is the same concept used at 7-Eleven and other gas stations for buying beer. They are mounted though and just scan the ID to make sure it is real. As far as I know, they don't have the capability to track you or keep tabs on your ID. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I have heard of some people who create fake IDs on a computer that have a way of putting a bar code that successfully scans, but I have no idea how. If you have someone else's ID that looks like you and is state issued, you won't have any problems with it not scanning.

Getting an ID to scan isn't difficult.

We used to have IDs that you could show to a cop. They were that good. Assuming he didn't pull any information from the NCIC/DMV in his car..

But this is not a subject I'd like to comment much on. This sort of shit is what led me to get a 5 year federal prison sentence.

The trick is to get something that doesnt have to be scanned. The least risky way is to get a friend who looks similar to you. Youll be shocked how much leeway you have with this. Your friend just lends you his id when you need it. Pay for your friend to get a passport or state ID and then he uses his passport on nights you use his DL or ID. You could prob even use his ID while he uses his DL that would be a lot simpler than having to carry around a passport.

No hes right its a server. They are using them here at all the bars on fri/sat nights in my hometown. Soon enough itll be as mandatory as a liquor license and every bar with a bouncer will have them. Its easier and faster for the bouncer to swipe a DL than to shine a light over it.

get someone who looks remotely like you to give you a drivers license and a canceled card. this way if anything goes down you can leave w/o having your name on it to give to the cops and your buddy can just say he lost his license. the reality is that most bouncers dont give a flying fuck as long as they can say they ID'd you and you look remotely like the picture in the license.

yeah keep the real and the fake shit in different pockets. one gets you into the club or bar. if anything goes down give the police the real one. one time when i was just a youngster i got picked up and cuffed by the cocksuckers in blue and they went thru my shit. they found my fake id and they got that stupid little smirk cops get when they find something you shouldnt have. conversation went like this:

smirking laughing cop: well well well what do we have here. why do you have a fake id??

me: i dont have a fake id. i saw a drivers license on the floor, picked it up, and was going to mail it back to its rightful owner. last i checked, thats not a crime.

This is how I got my fake ID but this was 9 years ago and things may have changed since then. If you do go this route make sure you do your homework first since youre taking such a big risk. The best way to do this is to have someone that youre close with go with you but walk in at different times both get paperwork for new IDs and go through the complete process then when they send you over to take your picture switch paperwork with one another so now its your face on his info.

This is risky. You just admitted that you believe this ID belongs to someone else, and is not yours. If the cops ask the bouncer and he'll say you presented that ID to enter the venue, you may then get charged with identity theft, and your words will be used against you.

The best tactic when talking to cops is to shut up and have your lawyer doing the talks for you. This is especially true when you did something you knew you shouldn't.

@Oldnemesis good advice. Always let the lawyer do the talking for you and refuse everything to a cop. Even if he threatens a warrant or says hell let you go if you cooperate, chances are hes bluffing. Refuse everything and say "I want my lawyer" over and over. Most cops are scared of lawyers and if its not a felony most will let you go. Or at the very least, your lawyer can smooth talk you out of it lol If the cop arrests you, your spending the $2000+ one way or another, you might as well spend it on a lawyer who'll get you out with the least amount of damage.

It is very easy to copy the magnetic stripe - much more easier than making a legitimately looking fake ID.
