Unfortunately, I learned game from being fucked over repeatedly. From these painful experiences, I gained an aloof distrust of women. Once I cultivated the jaded edge (dark triad traits, essentially), women became more interested in me. The unfortunate irony...once you don't give a fuck about women, they give a fuck about you.

Hopefully, men can learn game in a more positive way. But I fear not. I think that behind every successful player, there's lies a man with a fundamental contempt for women.

Sadly, often this truth. You're nice, they don't like it. You're asshole, they can't get it enough. I think that subcommunication is that nice guy = nice, because he has no options, has no options because he's genetics are low quality. Asshole = ass because he has options, has options because he's genetics are high quality. Because women, for short-term mating strategy prefer high quality genes, hence pursue assholes.

Wrong. The biggest player I've ever known pulled tons of women while working at a circle k gas station. And looks won't get you anywhere if you don't have game. I talked about this in the Player's Lounge, 6'5 jacked dudes that could be models in fitness magazines having zero game and going home alone.

Im certainly not a game denialist. Learning game can give you a frame of reference to help you understand the interaction. However I don't look at it as a magical thing where you go say a few things, do x y z and then bam panties drop. Now I know that's a gross paraphrasing of game, but it's not far off from how many people perceive game. To me it's a tool but sort of secondary to maxing out your own personal attractiveness and developing some great social skills. It took 120ish notches to come to that conclusion.

Now as far as your example of the exceptionally good looking guy not doing well with women, I have to call bullshit. I'm moderately good looking and quite jacked, and if I go to a bar, the odds of a decent looking bitch approaching me is very high. If you're 6'5 and great looking, and not smashing wholesale ass, then you're probably just intimidating them with your handsomeness. It happens.

The greatest smashmen I've ever seen were all good looking frat boys with good social skills, or good looking guys who were locked in with a good sex club/swingers scene.

So again, not a game denialist, I just believe that looks and some decent social skills/situational awareness goes a whole hell of a lot further.

Nope, I personally know a guy like I just described. Dude is 6'4 220+ and low body fat. The guy has less than 5 notches. He gets approached yeah, but he has absolutely no idea what to do when it happens. Girls don't just rip your pants off and start sucking your cock because you're good looking. Game will always beat looks and money. Obviously you can't be a 400+ pound obese dude, but some of the best players I've seen we're far from good looking.

No need to be an asshole to get women. Just don't act like a pussy/bitch. Start watching how latin guys pickup women, that's how I learned. If you notice, there aren't too many pick-up coaches in places like Brazil, Argentina, France, Spain, Italy, etc
