French is pretty hot. Im a Latin guy, but I think Latin girls tend to sound high and whiny when they speak English. Also don't like it when Indian girls speak English. Some Eastern European accents are also really sexy, basically whichever accent doesn't make her sound like a baby.

Call me an ill-traveled Yankee, but something about a Tennessee/Kentucky southern accent really does it for me. A lot of guys think its annoying, I think its hot.

For me, in this order:

- Native Spanish speakers speaking English is pretty damn sexy.
- Porteñas (de BA) when speaking Spanish is fantastic.
- French accent when speaking English is good too.

Fail:
Ghetto accents in USA, yuck.

I'll take a Russian accent. I find it sexy as hell on women. French and Spanish as well.

I find Scottish and Irish accents disgusting on women (sorry nomad). I don't have my Irish flag and I don't know how I'm ever going to get one with an accent like that.
