That's why you see real life alphas without chicks. He's doing him.

Real alphas don't tend to have game. They don't tend to care about the emotional lives of the people around them."

If he is pursuing his license and not yet a certified pilot with 40+ hours, requisite solo/cross-country time, and a passed checkride, why is he operating a complex aircraft (retractable gear, constant-speed prop) in the first place?

And if a CFI did in fact sign him off on a complex plane before he understood what weight-and-fucking-balance is...Jesus...

Additionally, as an FAA-licensed private pilot with IFR AND Complex ratings, a Comanche is a relatively forgiving plane to handle. I learned and accumulated the majority of my time in Cherokees (Cadets/Archers/Cherokees) and they aren't slick, overpowered Flying Doctor Killers like Bonanzas and Cirruses are.

Comanche when it crashed into a golf course moments after taking off at around 9pm.

..."crashed shortly after takeoff " seems a common them everytime you hear about a crash

His angle of climb was probably too steep and he stalled. That noise, Happy?
Yeah, that is called a stall horn and when it sounds something bad is likely to happen. When the plane lurched to the left he didn't "step on the ball" ,i.e, the right rudder pedal and counteract with the yoke.

Darwin just keeps thinning out the herd...

* My qualifications - years ago I was an instrument rated pilot but I haven't flown anything in over a decade.

Those of you who have life insurance policies (say, if you're married and/or have kids) might want to check out the terms of those policies. You will note in most cases they exclude death due to risky activities, which usually is defined as mountain and rock climbing as well as piloting or even riding in small private aircraft. This accident reminds us of the reason for these exclusionary policies.

I have a few acquaintances who own some of those small planes. One is a pilot and he once crashed due to low engine troubles.

Those planes are tricky and due to their small size are far less safe than commercial jets or private jets. You can joke and have fun all you want when you are safely in the air, but doing it during takeoff or landing is incredibly dangerous. There is a lot an experienced pilot can do when you are high in the air - in fact some of the best teachers let their students do various dangerous maneuvers in order to learn how to cope with it. But you do that with an experienced guy at high altitude.

In this case I doubt that she was good at it at all, then she lets others goof around. That's how evolution works.

Funny you should say this. There were no commercial plane crashes in 2017. The Washington Post reported on how commercial air travel is getting safer.

But if you Google "Small plane crashes 2017," you get news of crashes in Florida, San Diego, San Jose, Australia, Plainville, and Connecticut -- and that's just on the first two pages.

Future generations will look back on both that and "Instagram models" and shake their heads.

Couple days ago I went to get a haircut. My barber told me one of his clients died in an airplane crash. He didn't have any real details, just said he was training to be a pilot.

Its the same dude in the article. A nightclub host, if you live here you know you can't throw a rock without hitting a promoter/host, they're a dime a dozen. From reading the article the chicks are cocktail girls from the club. They're not exactly models, they're just one of many banal girls that bring bottle service to the table. There are a lot of these girls around. I know the type, they make six figures and blow it as fast as they can. Usually end up settling down with sugar daddies.

Seems like the plane was overloaded and on top of it badly balanced - it was actually over before they even took off - of course it's also possible that someone of them started to shift around. Either way - they paid with their lives for the mistake.

Shout out to Captainstabbin, username, and Jetset here and here for their measured and researched estimations of how it all went down. Turns out they were pretty much exactly on the money on this one versus those posters just shooting from the hip with what they "felt" or "assumed" about the situation.

Tragic, that plane had no hope of making it.
